Premier Inn Cardiff West

We stayed at Cardiff West Premier Inn during our visit to family for christmas, the hotel is a little dated but exceptionally clean! Free coffee and teas available in the room and free parking in the hotel, but a major highlight of our stay was the lovely and friendly Ella (i believe was her name) on the receptionist desk. Ella made us feel extremely welcome during our stay and was very attentive whenever we needed anything, always had a smile on her face and very chatty girl! She needs to be praised as she went above and beyond for us! All in all, a very lovely stay that really made our christmas that much better😀

A great place to stay, not far from major shopping and tourist areas, pretty quick access to Cardiff. Good size rooms, bar and resturant, plenty of parking and space. The staff are friendly and more than willing to help with anything you need. We would happily stay again.

Upon arrival we knew this place was something special. Nothing was too much bother. The friendly service coupled with a charming front of house set this outlet far above the rest I have visited. The real jewel in the crown is Kim on the front desk. Efficient, charming, experienced and informed- how she isn't running the company is beyond me. Premier inn head office, don't get too comfy at your desks, she's coming for your chair! Please reward her, she goes above and beyond, where countless others look away. Quel Courage!

The staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The family room was a good size. Check in was an easy smooth transaction. There was plenty of food on offer for breakfast too with a great selection. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for work. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Helped with a few questions I had. Would definately stay here again. Restaurant wasn’t massively busy which is a bonus as they are often rushed and delayed service but was good food.

This was our first experience of a Premier inn hotel. We stayed two nights to attend a nearby wedding. The room was clean, the bed remarkably comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower. I'm quite agile but stepping in and out of the bath/shower was difficult and a grab rail would have made it a lot easier. We have stayed in many different hotels but the breakfasts cooked here by Luke were by far the best that we have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked with quality ingredients. All the staff were friendly and helpful and there was ample free parking.
