Servizio sinceramente scioccante da parte di questo hotel, è stata una lotta per fare il bucato. La camera d'albergo non era pronta al momento del check-in alle 14:30. La colazione era al massimo mediocre.

Esperienza abbastanza positiva in questo hotel! Posizione molto buona! I panorami e il tetto sono sicuramente i punti salienti! Magica vista a 360 * su tutta la città e sulla Table Mountain, ideale per un drink al tramonto! La piscina sembra fantastica (stesso bar sul tetto) ma era chiusa al pubblico, non so perché. La camera da letto era grande e confortevole, molto silenziosa tranne che per il forte vento quella notte. Colazione decente. Per cena, stesso ristorante della colazione, era delizioso ma non è possibile usufruire del servizio in camera, si basa sul ritiro autonomo. Abbiamo chiesto più acqua, ma non è mai arrivata. L'addetto alla reception non era molto gentile ma il resto del personale era super gentile!

Modernes Hotel zentral gelegen, Dachterrassen Bar mit Blick auf den Tafelberg. Der Pool befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Dach. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, Eierspeisen nach Wahl, werden frisch zubereitet, das reichhaltige Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Situato all'angolo tra Buitengracht e Strand, l'Hotel SunSquare Cape Town City Bowl coniuga un design all'avanguardia con i comfort di un moderno hotel cittadino. Noi vi abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e ne abbiamo piacevolmente apprezzato dei vari servizi offerti dall’Hotel, Camere standard di buon valore, forse un po' piccoli i letti matrimoniali, zona bagno discreta, buona ricezione del Wi-Fi, dotate di TV a schermo piatto e aria condizionata. Colazioni abbondanti in stile internazionale (omelette fantastici). Gradevoli le serate trascorse al 14° piano (14Stories Rooftop Bar) per un drink, una cena light, con viste ininterrotte che si estendono sulla Table Mountain, apprezzando diversi concertini Jazz ed Easy Listening. Collegata alla terrazza del 14° piano presente una piscina interna per i clienti, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi, oltre alla palestra al 15° piano offre incredibili viste per l'allenamento. Distante circa 2 km dal Waterfront, raggiungibile con 25 minuti di camminata oppure 10 minuti di taxi, il Sun Square City Bowl è l’ideale per soggiornare a Cape Town.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Nothing works! The key to access the room, the telephone to call the reception. Furthermore the toilet is dirty and the drain of shower clogged. I really do NOT recommend you to stay here an only night! The experience is sinister!

Loved this hotel! Great location, fresh and clean, lovely rooms, food was good and brilliant service from super staff. With a pool and bar on the top floor looking out over the bay, what more could you want? Great option for a few nights stay in Cape Town.

Absolutely pathetic. Drain blocked, reported every day....only repaired after day 3. Breakfast service bad, food stations out for extended periods and does not get replaced after several requests and poor food preparation. Will never stay there again!

Clean hotel, good food at v&v But disappointing housekeeping..we were 3 adults and everyday we had to ask them to replenish towels, tea, milk, water in room that they did very grudgingly. One expects the basics to be in place The front desk staff some helpful, but mostly bored looking and not warm and approachable. Many restaurants around but safety is a huge concern especially after dark Overall an average experience

We arrived very early at this hotel and the staff was amazing. Maurisio at the counter was especially friendly and helped us find a room quickly as we were extremely jet-lagged. The hotel was very comfortable with an ample breakfast and great value for money. The location is excellent; you can walk to Bo-Kaap, to Greenmarket and ubers are readily available. The pool area offers beautiful views, although the water is freezing. Highly recommend for those people who will be out all day but need a comfortable place to stay.

I arrived at the restaurant at 15H00 and placed an order. The food came at 16:45. When it arrived it was old and cold . The restaurant wasn’t busy and the waitress did not explain the cause of a delay . I asked for the manager but it no one was to be found until later . I explain the situation but she didn’t give me the straight answer. I refused to pay for the old food that they served me. which I ended up not eating and left with an empty stomach. I’m not happy and my company wasn’t satisfied at all. What hurts is that both managers did not care about and didn’t resolve the matter all they wanted was the money. I have been coming to this restaurant for a while I had never experienced such poor service I left the place angry and dissatisfied

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! This was the first hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The room had a wonderful view of Lions head, the rooftop bar was a great place to relax with beautiful 360 views and great choice of food and drinks. This hotel is a short walk to the waterfront and the hop on hop off bus stop on Long street - perfect for getting to the best places! The staff were attentive and professional, Misa, Siya and Amazement were all extra helpful during our stay. We can't wait to return one day. Thanks for making our trip to Cape Town so memorable!

The hotel was clean and comfortable in a good location, just a short taxi ride to the waterfront. We were on the first floor (apparently fully booked so no rooms with a view available) so no view of table mountain but we could see a homeless camp on the road opposite. Cape Town is a beautiful city but there is a lot of poverty and you need to take care. The rooftop bar has incredible views and great cocktails although the food was of the ‘deep fried’ variety. Overall, it was good value for money,
