Having travelled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently state that my recent experience was the worst ever. Despite seeing several negative reviews about their service, I thought they were just occasional lapses. However, I soon discovered that the hotel had a persistent service problem. I had a problem with my reservation and spent two days trying to resolve it, but no one cared. To make matters worse, I was charged ten times the amount I had originally paid for the same room (i.e., $300 instead of $30) without any reasonable explanation. When I questioned this, the staff merely shrugged it off, citing fluctuating prices as the reason. The lady in charge of reservations was extremely rude and disrespectful throughout the ordeal. In addition to the issues with my reservation and the exorbitant charges, the air conditioner was not working properly and made a lot of noise. Furthermore, the fridge in my room made a huge noise, which disturbed my sleep at 2 am (I recorded a video as proof). Moreover, the noise levels in the dormitory were unacceptable all the night! making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. In short, I urge anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and look for other options.

Il soggiorno era brillante .... Non posso lamentarmi di niente ... Amichevole personale e grande servizio dal momento in cui cammini fino al momento in cui lascia ..... La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è andata oltre le nostre aspettative più selvaggie! La posizione eccellente dell'hotel vi offre una vista balcone sull'oceano e sulla majestata montagna da tavola come sfondo. Il livello di servizio che abbiamo ricevuto è stato davvero eccezionale, lasciandoci molto impressionati, le camere erano impeccabilmente pulite e la gamma di servizi forniti era più che generosa. Le camere stesse si trovano in un perfetto equilibrio tra spazioso e cucina, creando un'atmosfera veramente invitante. Una caratteristica notevole che mette in parte questo hotel è il minibar complimentare, offrendo una varietà di snacks e bevande – un raro trovato. Ciò che è ancora più notevole è che questi snacks non sono solo deliziosi, ma anche cucinati alle preferenze veganiche e prive di glutine. Senza dubbio stiamo già preparando piani per tornare a questo istituto di eccellenza in futuro.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hostel, from check-in to check-out. The rooms are dirty, and messy, power outlets so loose one can't put the plugin in, the shower has barely warm water; the rooftop terrace that they brag about online has just very uncomfortable picnic tables, which make it impossible to hang out there for longer than few hours; the kitchen has cockroaches; staff is rude, slow and irresponsible - never sent me the extra blanket I requested since the room was so cold; if you are a girl staying in the dorm, know that they going to check in drunk man with no luggage at the middle of the night, making you feel insecure; wifi doesn't work properly in the room. Plus, I had an absolutely terrible check in experience, waiting for over 7h for my room. I arrived at the hostel at 6:30 am and was greeted by the night staff, who got my documents, and confirmed my booking but informed check-in was just 3pm but would check if my room could be ready right after check-out time. I asked to leave my luggage in the reception (which is a service that it said to be included) so I could go explore, and the night staff said it wasn't safe, therefore, I was condemned to sit at the reception and wait. At 7am, there was a shift change and 3 new receptionists came. These receptionists saw me sitting at the (very uncomfortable chairs at the) reception but did not communicate with me - they were too busy scrolling on their social media, looking at their phones the whole time. Check-out was at 10am and I saw all guests leaving and waited as, in theory, soon my room would be ready. At 11:30, I finally walked to the receptionist to discover they had no idea who I was - how come someone is sitting at their reception for 5h and they just don't think who could that be is beyond my understanding. The lady informed me she would talk to housekeeping to get my room ready as soon as possible. That took another 2 hours; When I talked to the housekeeping, they had no idea that I was waiting for the room. The staff has no communication at all among themselves. Naturally, a hotel has a minimum guaranteed check-in time (which was 3pm), but every hotel I have been to around the world, when they have a guest that arrives earlier and is waiting at the reception, have the courtesy to try to get the room ready as soon as check-outs are done, putting a priority on that room for housekeeping. In total, I waited for 7 hours after an overnight flight that I was extremely tired and just wasted half of my first day in CT due to the hotel irresponsibility, disorganization and neglect.

Absolutely amazing! From the friendly check- in staff to the stunning penthouse suite (room 20) with idyllic views over the ocean and a pool on your deck! The room was extremely well appointed. We had a variety of choices for breakfast supplied in our fridge complimented by fresh croissants and muffins delivered to our door - what a clever concept! Lucia in the spa gave us the most wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage. She is a real gem! We had a special anniversary and South Beach made it very special with rose petals on our bed and a bottle of bubbly to celebrate! We will definitely be back to make use of the bicycles to explore the lovely area and experience the beautiful beach and tidal pool in front of the hotel.

Venendo in Sudafrica per la prima volta mi confortò di rimanere in un hotel conosciuto. Usavamo la navetta aeroportuale. Un allenatore accompagnò il nostro conducente. C'era una miscela con il numero di persone, quindi non c'era abbastanza spazio nella macchina per tutti. Il treno è rimasto all'aeroporto (che sarà poi preso) mentre il conducente ci ha portati all'hotel. Così sacrificioso e bello! Ci sono state goduto la decorazione dell'hotel e l'atmosfera rilassata che le divano offerte nel ristorante. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite fantastica, e il personale era molto amichevole e disposto a aiutare con qualsiasi cosa.

Le camere sono molto accoglienti, consigliate per i coppie o per i viaggiatori solitari/business. Il bar e il ristorante sono deliziosi e decadenti.La posizione è molto centrale e vicino a tutto, ma riceverebbe un accesso consigliato ai veicoli, poiché non ci sono molte cose a piedi. Ha una grande scena di vita notturna, è popolare tra i club di hip hop e la scena sociale.
