Hotel in zona Freda＇s Grave, Cannock

Sono andato lì per tre notti... tutto era in ordine, tranne che la polizia si è sbattuta alle cinque del mattino e mi hanno aperto la porta e sono entrato senza il mio permesso... ero in profondo sonno... alla fine hanno detto che era il loro errore... terribile esperienza... Come arrivano hanno dato la chiave alla mia stanza dalla ricezione.. La mattina dopo ho informato la ricezione .. c'era un altro ricevitore che cercava di spiegare e mi ha dato un buono di 10 sterline.. ma molto terribile esperienza.

Questa è stata letteralmente una tappa durante il Covid, un viaggio essenziale. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera all'arrivo sembrava pulita e ci siamo letteralmente schiantati. Tuttavia, al mattino abbiamo scoperto un paio di calzini sporchi dei precedenti occupanti lasciati a lato credenza e bustine di dolcificante tra le lenzuola e il materasso! Inaccettabile nel migliore dei casi, non importa durante una pandemia mondiale. Segnalato al personale che si è scusato e sta gestendo il reclamo. Personale molto dispiaciuto ma semplicemente inaccettabile.

Grande colazione. L'hotel è buono per soldi. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. L'area circostante è un po' buio e vuoto, ma il centro della città è proprio lungo la strada.

We booked a special dinner for a ruby anniversary celebration at the barns. The entire experience from booking to the meal itself was simply beyond 5 star. The entire staff couldn’t do enough for us, it made a special occasion even better. We were all so impressed. Initially the special couple had booked a small family gathering downstairs, but we decided to secretly invite more people and move the celebrations to the private dining room upstairs where we could decorate and make the evening unforgettable. At every point, nothing was too much for the staff. From pre preparation over email to when we got there. The staff were all well prepped and ready for us to help decorate and set the table to how we liked it. The pre ordered food was no bother and even the specific requests were all correct and bang on. The food…wow! Some of the best we’ve all had, all served hot and all came out together, the kitchen staff obviously worked very hard to get all plates out so efficiently. These days, good service is hard to come by in hospitality but this team aren’t good, they are great! It’s so refreshing to see a young work force behave so professionally and act so kindly for such a large table. Thank you to all the team for making our evening a night to remember and so special, we will recommend The Barns to anyone that listens, an absolute delightful and incredible evening. Just wonderful

Il personale era carino. La stanza era pulita e comoda. Avevamo una stanza di fronte al M6, quindi c'era un sacco di rumore dalla strada, che non è ideale, ma da aspettarsi sulla base della posizione. Se rimango, quando sono nella zona, probabilmente chiedo una stanza dall'altra parte dell'hotel. La stanza mancava il telefono, quindi quando dovevo chiamare la ricezione ho dovuto chiamare la linea di servizio clienti del Holiday Inn dal mio cellulare, che era un dolore, ma non c'era nessuna denuncia.
