Hotel was fine close to where we were going. Hot water would have been good if made available because we have a baby travelling with us.

We booked one night for our stay in Banff. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ drive from Banff town. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and we truly enjoyed the stunning morning view as the sunlight sparkled over the ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the lack of an elevator made it less convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Booked, 6 rooms and requested first floor for no elevator. I came first and my other group came later. Per staff, all rooms filled. So i thought my group will all be in second floor. Only to find out i was the only one. :(

Great modern hotel in a good location. My only suggestion would be to have a place where you can take your rubbish given that the rooms aren't serviced.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the view outside the window is beautiful.

Spacious and clean room which came with a microwave. Not too far from Banff Town.

Have to put down a $150 deposit, but it hasn’t been sent back after 2 days. 😫

It was a great stay!

Great renovation interior compared to the old building outlook and comfortable beddings. One thing before check out there was big noise and shaking because of construction.

連定4晚，在住的這4天期間酒店是沒有打掃衞生的服務，入住前前台會提醒！定的是家庭房，最舒服的就是這個三人能睡的大床，每晚都睡得特香，隔音也蠻好的！最大的特色是車子直接停在房間前面，拉開門就可以把行李箱，各種東西搬進房間，超級省力方便！而且酒店前面就是連綿起伏的雪山，風景優美，住在canmore 小鎮是不錯的選擇！
