The staff is not prepared for a 5 star GL. They don't seem to have received any training, in the restaurant and in the common areas they talk loudly, when leaving no questions about how the stay went, ... The common spaces are not well sized for the number of rooms (endless queues for breakfast or eating in the restaurant, impossible on a rainy day to sit in a common space, despite the fact that the hotel was not full). One of the nights our bed was covered, without even having stretched the sheet underneath, after 22:00 there is no one left from the room service to cover this service (unbecoming of a hotel of this category), the receptionist went up to make the bed at 22:15. We also left the room at 8:00 turning on the green light to make it public that our room was available to be cleaned. It would be appropriate to have customer service as an apology for this fact.
