We stayed at this hotel as we were visiting family close to this area. We have stayed in multiple places in the Pennsylvania/Ohio area and so far this hotel is the best. The room was spotlessly clean. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping but declined as we were only staying 2 nights but they were more than willing to provide it. Anything we asked for at the front desk was provided with no arguments and with a smile. There were fresh cookies each afternoon by the front desk and coffee and tea were available all day. I did see that one of the days cookies with peanut butter were provided but not indicated in any way and this seemed a little dangerous to me as so many adults and children have severe nut allergies. The public areas of the hotel were nicely decorated and clean. We made use of the business center and were happy to see that the printer worked. I think there was an exercise area but did not notice if there was a pool. The room does not have a safe, which is a convenience, something we have noticed missing in a lot of hotels lately but some kind of secure area is provided at the front desk. The hotel allows pets. Some people would find this a positive but I don't. I actually didn't see any animals while there. The hotel is conveniently located off Route 224, a main drag and even though we could see it from our room, we didn't hear a sound from the traffic. There are a few restaurants within walking distance if you didn't feel like driving, including a Sheetz (similar to 7-11 or Wawa's) for fast food or snacks. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the shower actually had good water pressure, something sadly lacking in a lot of other hotels. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint, and this goes for other Hilton properties, is that the quilt provided was too warm for July despite the air conditioning. I asked for and was provided a waffle type blanket. The breakfast provided was average fair often seen at other Hilton properties. I was happy that the decaf coffee actually tasted good and fresh and that non dairy creamers were provided. In that vein, I would also like to have seen some margarine or other non dairy spread for bread or bagels as only cream cheese and butter were available. Jelly just doesn't do it on a bagel. All in all we found this hotel first rate and would definitely stay here again.
