I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PHOTOS, THESE PHOTOS ARE FROM 7 YEARS AGO. THE HOUSE IS DISAPPOINTED INSIDE, ALL FURNITURE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ARE BROKEN, THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO MAINTENANCE IN THE LAST 7 YEARS, IT IS DIRTY, THE BED LINEN IS NOT WHITE BUT DARK GREY, THE BATHROOMS ARE FULL OF LIME AND IT STINK OF IT URINE. THE KITCHEN IS TERRIBLELY DIRTY AND THE STAFF KEEP STREET CATS AS PETS. THE MANAGER DILAWER IMMEDIATELY IS VERY FRIENDLY BUT IS A TRUE SCAMMER, HE SHOWED US THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ROOM AND MADE US PAY IN CASH, WHEN THE PREVIOUS GUESTS HAD DEPARTED WE GOT TO SEE THE REST OF THE HOUSE AND THEN WE IMMEDIATELY DECIDED TO GO AWAY. DILAWER WANTED TO RETURN NONE OF OUR MONEY PAID. AND HE ALSO DID NOT PROVIDE US INVOICE FOR THE MONEY RECEIVED. WHEN WE COMPLAINTED TO THE REAL OWNER KEVIN, HIS RESPONSE WAS YOU'RE TERRIBLE! YOU ARE IN INDIA AND I AM A LAWYER SO DON'T TRY ANYTHING. SUMMARY DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE!!!!!!!

Absolutely not recommended. It is a dirty, dangerous and old building. The kitchen is dirty, they keep stray cats there. We paid the full amount, but when we saw the rest of the building, we decided to stay elsewhere. There are three people in the group with an allergy to cats. So we couldn't use anything from the kitchen. The manager offered the solution that we could have breakfast across the street in the hotel. So he admitted that it was not up to standard. After deciding not to stay there, we asked for half the amount back. But the manager indicated that the money was already gone and there was nothing he could do for us. The owner also indicated that he is a lawyer and that we cannot touch him. We incurred extra costs by booking another hotel. But they didn't care about that. Their only concern is money. Now we ask for our invoice so we can send it to our travel insurance, but they don't respond anymore.
