Summerville Beach Resort

I recently stayed at Summer Ville and found the rooms to be good value for money. The housekeeping team does a great job, and there's sufficient parking for around 12 bikes and 2 cars. Overall, the room experience was worth the price. However, the breakfast experience was horrendous. Breakfast is supposed to be served between 8 am and 10 am, but there's only one staff member handling everything: taking orders, serving, clearing tables, and refilling the buffet. This results in long wait times, with over 20 minutes to refill basic items like spoons, cups, napkins, and bread. Table clearance is non-existent, and when items like puris run out, it takes over 45 minutes to prepare more. The lack of pre-planning is evident. It would be much more efficient if they prepared the food around 5 am and simply reheated and refilled the buffet as needed. This would save a lot of time and frustration for the guests. I also noticed some guests packing their breakfast into lunch boxes, which raises questions about cost management. The owners seriously need to rethink their breakfast strategy to improve guest satisfaction. If you complain anything to the front desk team, they put blame on the service steam by saying " they are like this only we have to suffer because of them they are outsource not our team" such a poor response, and no team work. Overall, while the room was a good deal, the breakfast experience left much to be desired.

In the heart of Candolim is located this small hotel. Very clean, with spacious rooms. The room which I had was equipped by AC, fan, and TV. The bathroom , little small but functional. Any way I have to recomanded this place. The staff is usefu, kind and ready to help you, spetialy Max. It worth for it's money. In the time when I was there it is still in constraction, so there is no dining room to have brekfast. The breakfast is local and my be not good for turist from Europe. It is hotel, worth for it's money.

Room was not clean and dirty and pictures which they have shown as different cockroaches were in the room. Really bad experience.

It's an old property; bathrooms are congested. Some Bathroom Tiles are broken. celling is not properly clean. outside balcony dirty smell is coming. Swimming pool Hight is direct 5 feet; which is not suitable for kids; NO RECOMMEDATION FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS, The Fridge also very old.

Location great. Noise pollution. Breakfast fine. Upkeep average. Service good. All very cooperative includes receptionists and manager.

Small smelly rooms. Sevice is also bad. Only one staff handle all the things no lift in building. Pool access is for whole day but pool condition is bad thos who wants stay near candolim beach they can go for it

Firstly the host tejas from the front desk is an excellent value to the property. He is very helpful and sort of an allrounder, he will take care of the guest with everything. As i observed all the guests keep him occupied with their minutest of the needs. Gout-am the helper boy is good with the room cleaning and other room needs. Suraj at the restaurant is such a good service. Always smiling and courteous. The property is also good but could do with the new refrigerator in the room. Overall very happy with the stay.
