Santana Beach Resort

We have just returned from a three week stay here at the Santana beach resort and would say it is exceptionally good. The room we had was a standard 515 which included a separate kitchen and bathroom area more a small apartment than a room. It was clean and spacious and everything we needed for our stay, the bed was comfy which is always bonus. The boys who cleaned our room were thorough and consistent, we were provided with everything we needed daily and also presented with some really beautiful towel art daily. Thank you Akash and your team ( sorry I don’t know all your names ) you all made our stay very comfortable. The grounds are excellent they are constantly being maintained and kept clean and are actually very beautiful. There was an amazing nativity scene created for the Christmas period which was added to every day it was truly beautiful ***** with all the lights and decorations in the hotel. The pool is small but welcoming and AJ who runs the pool bar has the most amazing smile and such a good sense of humour it’s nice just to sit there in his company. We had breakfast every morning there is a great selection of Indian foods, cereals, fresh fruit and eggs and toast amongst other things, we were met every morning by Sunil and his welcoming smile thank you all who work in the mornings for breakfast you remembered all our preferences from the beginning and didn’t let us down once, we really appreciated the attention to detail and your amazing service. The food here is really good we had the very best Goa sausage pilau ever it was delicious the bet we have tasted in Goa. Thank you to all the staff at the Santana you truly make the resort one of the very best we have stayed at and would love to return one day.

This was my 5th visit to Santana since 2016, and my second solo stay, and I couldn't be happier! Every time I come here, it feels even more upgraded in terms of service, amenities, and cleanliness. It truly is one of the best properties in Candolim, North Goa! The easy access to the beach is just a cherry on top. The property itself is vast, serene, and absolutely beautiful. As a solo female traveller, I feel completely safe and secure here. Plus, the rooms are spacious and packed with everything I need! Let me tell you about the staff—they are simply amazing! From the reservation team to the restaurant staff, reception, security, housekeeping, poolside, and even gardeners, everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the food at the restaurant? Delicious! The breakfast spread is definitely one of my favourite highlights. I look forward to enjoying it every time I visit! If you want to truly experience the essence of a warm welcome, Santana Beach Resort is the place to be! I am already looking forward to my next visit.
