Hotel in zona Ultrafemme - Plaza Caracol, Cancun

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Staying at the Royal Haciendas was such a pleasure. Our Concierge Joe treated us most kindly. My daughter and I enjoyed the suite we stayed in on the 4th floor. The view was spectacular. The food was tasty, especially the ribeye steak in the Los Murales restaurant. The staff was soo very friendly and courteous. They deserve every tip possible ! I especially enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool oh, yes and watching the waves from the LaPalapa restaurant where Oscar and Uriel served us very well. Room service was great too and so was our “ maid” Edith. I hope we get her again the next time we go. I relaxed this time versus attend all the activities and events so maybe more next time. Off to the Royal Sands, hopefully next 😬😬.

Great place for solo travellers. Or if you will just be coming back to hotel to sleep and shower. Fresh hot breakfast made for you in the morning. Would recommend for sure. Not too expensive given that it’s in cancun tourist area.

Non posso dire abbastanza buone cose su questo hotel, ho avuto il meglio qui. Vorrei dire che non sono assolutamente una persona di resort che va a un tutto inclusivo e che trascorre tutto il tempo in resort, svolgendo le attività di resort e attaccandosi alla spiaggia tutto il giorno. Ho passato un totale di 8 giorni in questo resort e la metà di quelli che ero fuori tutto il giorno. I 4 giorni che ho passato all'hotel ho quasi appena buttato fuori sul balcone (che era FANTASTIC) leggendo. Non ho fatto alcuna attività di resort, non ho ascoltato nessuna delle divertimenti serali, ecc. Ho mangiato nei ristoranti, che erano tutti molto buoni. Mi sono davvero divertito con il balcone, che era uno dei balconi di vista sugli oceani che ha due stanze invece di una sedia e un hammock (non avrei mai goduto del hammock, quindi questo mi è sembrato grande). Ho ordinato anche il servizio in camera molte volte, che talvolta hanno voluto un po' di tempo e una volta hanno sbagliato il mio ordine, ma il cibo era molto buono e caldo, e potresti ordinarlo anche tardi alla serata che era bello. Il servizio in tutta la casa era grande, tutti erano estremamente amichevoli, e ho bisogno di aiuto qualche volta con le cose casuali e si sono arrampicati indietro per aiutarmi. Non avrei potuto chiedere un servizio migliore. La posizione è grande, molto camminabile per ristoranti e cose, e la proprietà è molto bello. In generale ho avuto un bel tempo e mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

This was our second trip here in four years. It was amazing. Wasn't crowded at all this time of year. Easy to get reservations at all restaurants (made these a week before we went over the phone with our reservation concierge). But then it was easy to change the times of these every night based on that days activities. Pool wasn't crowded, and easy to get pool chairs. The staff did agree that this was a slow time of year and very nice for those who visit in the off season, and that during high season in February they are very very busy. Food was seriously amazing. Here are some highlights of the great service the staff provided: Jared and Angel set up my pool chair towels every morning, and wheeled over an extra umbrella to keep the four of us in the shade. They checked on us a few times daily and were sooooo friendly and positive. Sergio was our waiter in the Italian restaurant. Very friendly, and made us table-side gluten free Tira misu. By the way. The gluten free options were fairly extensive throughout the resort. Gabriel was an awesome poolside waiter. Very friendly and fast. Kept the drinks coming all day. Breakfasts were made even better by the friendliness of Wilfredo as well as Cesar (or Ceasar), who were both the most eager to listen and appreciate my Spanish. Jorge was awesome for the kayak snorkeling trips out to the sunken ship. This was very much worth doing. He even swam down to retrieve my sunken mask. Mauricio in the steak house gave us great recommendations on what to order. And Luis in the mexican/mayan restaurant was super friendly, and made us an amazing flaming desert drink. The pool is incredibly beautiful during the day and at night. The beach is really nice, and very little seaweed, which they groom every day. We did the all inclusive package, and i would totally do it again. Very worth it. And if you kind of speak Spanish, like I do, the staff all seem very happy to help you practice and learn more. They seem to appreciate you took the time to learn more than just English growing up. Definitely going to go back again, sooner than four years this time.

Licenza un po' noiosa hotel per le famiglie ma la posizione è fantastica , bella vista sul mare da hotel e camere ..... è un hotel per ripetere in viaggi futuri

Abbiamo trascorso la luna di miele in hotel TRS con mia moglie. Check-in è stato molto veloce e tranquillo a differenza di alcune altre recensioni che ho letto ci vorranno poche ore, forse è un giorno di settimana. Francisco al check-in è stato molto utile, ci ha aiutato a migliorare la nostra camera per nuotare in costume e è stato fantastico! Sostenes e Cesar sono stati assegnati come nostro butler per il nostro soggiorno e sono stati molto utile e sempre sorridendo. Una cosa che vorrei menzionare è che hanno detto che hanno 25 minuti di spa complementare per noi per la nostra luna di miele, e la ricezione ci ha detto di incontrarci al lobby la mattina prossima alle 8:30 per portarci a colazione e per visitarci intorno al resort. Ma la mattina dopo abbiamo capito che dobbiamo partecipare al centro commerciale dove vogliono vendere un pacchetto di viaggi che non ci aspettavamo, sebbene siano tutti molto carini, ma abbiamo passato due ore a ascoltarli la prima mattina del nostro soggiorno. E era la nostra luna di miele. Se ci avessero detto prima, allora io lo avrei respinto, e hanno detto che dovevamo partecipare per ricorrere al complimentare spa che all’inizio hanno detto che è per la nostra luna di miele. Comunque, per il cibo che ho consigliato con molta attenzione, abbiamo provato la ossa in steak e li hanno grigliati con carbone e era molto delizioso, ma la seconda volta che andammo la notte era un po' piu' cotta. Durante il nostro soggiorno ci siamo uniti a due attività, uno è acqua aerobica e paddling. Tutti e due gli insegnanti erano molto divertenti e soprattutto Dente. Era super amichevole e paziente! In generale siamo soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, e consigliere ai nostri amici.

L'hotel non è in realtà nella zona di Cancun Hotel, non c'è niente vicino, c'è un autobus di shuttle, un viaggio singolo, non torna all'hotel.Vai alla spiaggia e prendi un autobus.Non è conveniente.La colazione è OK, la cena è molto comune, i piatti sono meno del colazione. Dopo aver mangiato una cena, e'auto-aiuto, ci sono diverse varietà, non ha un buon sapore.Il cappello dell'hotel non è stabile, mi ha fatto un po'.Il servizio dell'hotel è ancora a posto. Non vivrà più in questo hotel a Cancun.
