Hotel a Cancun

"Alcuni membri del personale sono amichevoli, come Felix? La colazione a buffet era deliziosa e costosa, 580 pesos a persona. Il cameriere ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo bere e abbiamo detto cappuccino. Ci hanno fatto pagare un extra alla cassa. 126 pesos/2 tazze di cappuccino Si scopre che altri caffè oltre a quello americano devono essere pagati separatamente e non li hanno informati in anticipo. Ho pagato $ 50 al momento del check-in. Pensavo fosse un deposito, ma non mi è stato restituito al momento del check-out. Si diceva che fosse una tassa di servizio di $ 10 al giorno per 5 giorni, ma quando ho prenotato la camera , ha detto che il prezzo includeva tutte le tasse... (La piattaforma ha risolto questo problema) All'improvviso si è verificata un'infestazione di zanzare nella notte dell'1/4. Per fortuna il 2/4 siamo passati ad un hotel all-inclusive e in quell'hotel non c'era una sola zanzara."

"Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken *****s. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home"

"Tutto perfetto, dalla camera al servizio ci siamo sentiti subito in un luogo confortwvole. Tutto super pulito e comodo. Unica pecca tante zanzare nell’area comune, che comunque è bellissima. Quindi portatevi un repellente per zanzare e vedrete che amerete il vostro soggiorno."

"Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that."

"Daniel, Erik e tutta la squadra erano eccezionali. SLS Cancun si trova nella Marina, probabilmente il luogo più costoso e più lussuoso di tutta la città. Ci sono carichi di ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale letteralmente 7-10 min a piedi dall'hotel. La Marina è sorprendente con carichi di cibo e ristoranti a prezzi bassi. Ho soggiornato in una delle suite che si verifica con 2 bagni e una vista completa sull'oceano. La cosa migliore su questo hotel e la zona (la Marina) è quanto privato, sicuro (to Cancún è sicuro) e affluente la zona è. Io chiamavo la zona piccolo Miami. Se vuoi una zona rumorosa, questo non è il posto per te, ma se vuoi un po' di classe e poi girare in quella zona rumorosa e tornare in pace, allora SLS è per te. La gente paga per venire alla spiaggia, quindi è una spiaggia privata ma ovviamente gratuita per l'ospite dell'hotel, quindi non vedrai mai un gruppo di persone raffinate. Ho noleggiato una macchina durante il mio soggiorno attraverso l'hotel senza nemmeno pagare un deposito alla compagnia di auto e ovviamente si ottiene il parcheggio di Valet ogni volta. I ragazzi sono attenti e sempre felici di aiutare.Chiedi a Daniel e Erik, questi ragazzi sono tutto quello che ti serve. Ci vediamo presto."

"Ho trovato questo appartamento in buona posizione vicino a un grande centro commerciale e bus che va a diverse città da Cancun e i puliziari erano molto amichevoli e il manager è anche una persona molto buona, L'unico problema di questa stagione è le mosche che ci mordono e non si sentono comodi. L'AC funzionava bene e l'acqua di piccoli piscine di swing sta cambiando regolarmente 👌 . Finalmente trovato molto buono 👍 ."

"Das Hotel ist super, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, haben einen Balkon und sauber. Auch die Poolanlage ist schön, genauso wie das Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist für Europäer eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es keinen Aufstrich gibt und sehr amerikanisch/mexikanisch gehalten ist, aber trotzdem wird man satt. Das Gym ist etwas klein und es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten richtig zu trainieren, dies wäre der einzige Minuspunkt."

"E' la seconda volta che vengo e mi piace. Il personale di manutenzione, pulizia e caffè è di 10, forse in reception erano un po' più freddo e non capisco molto bene la politica degli ospiti, nessuno può venire a visitarti passando oltre la reception. La struttura è fantastica, le letti e la posizione."

"Bell'hotel, buona posizione, non lontano dalla stazione dei trasporti. Anche l'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è buono. Alla maggior parte delle domande può essere data risposta da loro."
