シャワーがあっついお湯か、冷たい水かのどちらかしか出なくて丁度いいところで温度調整ができなかった。
フロントの人が常にいるわけではないので、メッセージでやりとりをして時間がかかった。

My stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, which helped tremendously. The price was affordable and it was a 15min drive to the beach at "zona hotelera". I would recommend this hotel to friends/family.

Comunicacion its terribly and its really complicated . If you get a room there make sure to have always battery on your phone because that's the only way you can get in . Scanning a QA barcode.

Hotel was very clean, beds comfortable but hot water was hit and miss but mostly cold. But would recommend it.

The hot water did not work for our whole stay and no efforts were made to fix it or accomodate us, horrible customer service. The hotel itself was clean and in a good area.

The hotel room didn’t have any windows and the hot water was spotty BUT!!!
the LOCATION WAS PERFECT, THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND STAFF ARE very FRIENDLY!!!
LOCATION!!: EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE!!!! Or an Uber away!
FROM AIRPORT TO HOTEL: BUY AN ADO BUS PASS AT THE AIRPORT to the ADO STATION walk over to the ADO BUS get off at the ADO bus station which is the central station then book an Uber a street over from ado to sky inn.
Bus tickets were $130 MXN($7.66 USD) each.
Uber from bus station to sky inn hotel was $78.99MXN($4.65USD).
So to get from the AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL is very reasonable!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

My room was very clean and fresh smelling, anything I needed it was provided, a lot of food and business were near, walking distance and I felt comfortable, safe and welcome in my stay.
