加勒比海真的是太美了！我們訂的房間就在沙灘邊上，去玩水曬太陽超級無敵方便。浴室淋浴房有個窗口可以看到外面的沙灘和海，一邊洗澡一邊看海，浪漫的不行。下次一定會再來的！

ホテルの立地も良く、サービスも良かったです。
ひとつ残念なのが私たちがレストランで動画を撮っていた際に、アジア人への差別を示す、目を引っ張る行動をしたウェイターが居ました。
彼は差別と知らずにしたものの、ホテルからは謝罪のみで特に保証はありませんでした。

We had a villa with a small soaking pool. Everything with the room was excellent and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Our butler Jessica was very helpful and responsive. Pools were clean and kept up well. My only issues were the snack bar being slow with the only staff member behind the counter prioritizing filling the wait staff’s orders while ignoring guests standing right in front of him. We went for dinner at the main buffet one night and the food was horrible. Luckily we were able to get a good dinner across the way at Flor de Sal. Also, the wine situation is strange where we have to buy a bottle in order to have any. It would’ve been nice if certain wines were included by the glass.

This was a wonderful experience. Our butler Sarah was amazing and was on hand for any thing we needed. From the valet to the staff, cooks and bartenders were phenomenal. We will be back again.

The villa was nice, but the plunge pool was not so much it was dirty and needed more water. The food was ok. They shouldn't promoted as an adult-only hotel. There are children everywhere, the only place there are no children is a one-pool area with little to no shade.

Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely book again in the future! We booked a villa which was beyond worth it and honestly our butler Sarah was the best part of the hotel! She was out of this world amazing and even with a couple of hiccups the hotel was helpful and accommodating which is all you can ask for when it comes to facility issues and solutions!

Our stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly and smiling faces. Our room was beautiful with a wonderful ocean view. Our VIP Butler Alejandro took care of every need. He was so friendly and thoughtful and communicated every morning asking how he could help and providing options of places to go as well as reserve us seats for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food and people were amazing! And we’d definitely go back!

Everything was beautiful. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Our butler Yajahira went out of her way to make our stay perfect. I will 100% return to this resort. It was amazing.

Great establishment, food was decent and the service was top. Inch. We stayed in the villas and loved it- just a heads up this is not an adult only place as advertised. There were kids but they do have an adult only pool. If you are looking for an adult only place this is not it. Sarah our butler was probably the best part of our stay. She is fantastic!
