Poor customer service never answer the phone provided or e mail even thru the ******* application I have to wait over 45 min to some one open the door for my room because was no code and the code sent out even when I email requested one to be sent out definitely no good experience I was very disappointed with the customer service just don’t care about the guest 2 days later I got a new email just to remind the my check out was at 11 am very bad way to take care customers The condominium is very nice and clean on a very noisy avenues you won’t sleep and my room towels where new but never washed and I have to buy toilet paper for the days the I was there it was none in the restroom only like a 1/4 left on it not enough for a 3 day and 2 night stay

This place is conveniently located near las Americas mall and close to downtown. It’s about 10 min away from the beginning of hotel zone so you’re not paying for the high resort fees. Pros: spacious two bedroom, bed was comfortable, unit was clean and they have a 25/7 security guard so felt safe and it’s in a quieter neighborhood Cons: they don’t clean your room daily, only 1x a week if you stay there for a week which is not ideal since most people don’t stay at a place for that long. Shampoo, body gel are both on the lower quality end and smelled so make sure to bring your own. They don’t have any extra toiletries or TP. Need to ask for extra towels The front door is a bit of a pain as you don’t have a code to get in, the security guard lets you in but if they aren’t there (which happened 2x) we had to knock on the door and wait a while. The communication and English isn’t the greatest but it does the job when communicating The elevators are extremely small and can fit maybe 4 skinny people. There isn’t a safe or much hangers - had to ask for this. Cleaning seems sup par and there’s a connection to washer and dryer and a tv in the living room but no appliances so it seems half done. The pool isn’t heated either I would stay here for the price but the view outside the hotel is not the nicest.

Safe area in downtown Cancun, walkable to take the bus to the hotel area as well as to the ADO bus. Luxurious apartment with plenty of space as well as rooftop pool. Has security in front of lobby at all times. Only minus is occasional lack of hot water in shower.

This was our first stay on our roadtrip across the Yucatan. Arrived here after our flight landed and picked up the rental car. Property entrance was tricky to locate at first, but got help from the man at the desk. It's not a typical hotel, rather a building with several apartments and even some meeting rooms. It looked pretty much brand new and it was nice to stay in a spacious apartment for our first two nights after being cramped in a plane for 14 hours. Access to the rooms is with a pass key, so you don't have to worry about a card or key going missing. The communication was a bit lacking, because they told me I still had to pay (which I didn't have to). But this was resolved quickly with the help of Google Translate. The rooftop pool looks great! We had it all to ourselves since it was low season. Parking underground was perfect since the weather was super hot at the time. Friendly employees and great looking apartments all around. Would recommend!

This place is really lovely, we just had a problem with the toilet not working probably but the rest was excellent. I stayed in the loft apartment on the first floor, on the review everyone was complaining about the road noise but to be honest was not that bad. You can definitely sleep at night. And the pool is amazing!!!

Nice property and rooftop pool. Walkable to mall and easy to get Ubers.
