Hotel in zona Epic Water Toys, Cancun

L'hotel si trova al punto nord-est di Cancun *****, che permette di accedere alla spiaggia sia sul lato nord che sul lato esterno. Le suite turchiose sono spaziose e ben mantenute con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. Il territorio dell'hotel è abbastanza grande per camminare intorno a lui. La vista sul mare da diversi punti è davvero bella. L'hotel dispone di più piscine per permettere ai clienti di scegliere uno adatto per loro. Ci sono diversi ristoranti e bar all'hotel, che porta una certa varietà di opzioni. Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole e gentile. Il servizio è davvero buono. La suite turquoise ha anche un edificio separato, più tranquillo e una piscina separata con una buona vista sul mare. Sicuramente consiglia questo hotel a tutti i tipi di visitatori. L'unica cosa che può essere migliore è il cibo. Io darei 4 punti su 5 per il cibo, può essere più delizioso e speciale, così come i cocktail nei bar, ma forse è a causa del tipo di ”tutto compreso” del servizio.

Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken *****s. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home

Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo in questo resort. Mia moglie e io siamo rimasti sbalorditi dal servizio eccezionale che abbiamo ricevuto dal personale di questo resort. Non è possibile nominare tutti personalmente, ma i ragazzi del Café Mexico sono stati incredibilmente gentili, in particolare Roberto, Stephanie e Hector. I camerieri, i camerieri, il servizio in camera, i baristi, le persone al banco check-in/out, letteralmente tutti hanno reso questo viaggio ancora più speciale per noi. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto. Siamo partiti solo una volta per andare a fare jet ski, ma abbiamo trascorso il resto del tempo al resort, ci è piaciuto molto il servizio che abbiamo ricevuto qui.

I stayed at the Secrets the Vine to celebrate my birthday May 27, 2022- June 01, 2022. Overall, I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5 out of 5. It honestly didn't live up to either me or my boyfriends expectations for the big price tag. The facilities were nice and my room was nice with a nice view of the ocean. Pros: staff came and cleaned every day. Shower got really hot. Bed was comfy. Cons: Only 2 pillows on the bed. I like at least two each for proper neck support and comfort. I've stayed in nicer hotels for less. The food overall was just okay. The breakfast buffet lacked in variety and the food could definitely use more seasonings and flavor. The staff in the restaurants were mostly friendly. The one thing I didn't like the most was the lack of activities on the hotel site. It rained for like 3 days straight over my vacation and the hotel offered very little to keep us entertained. There were towels, buckets, and puddles all over the lobby area from the rain water seeping in. I'm sure that was a safety hazard in its self. Bottom line: Oftentimes I found myself quite bored and had to leave the premises in search of a good time. If you're just looking to relax and kick your feet up, then stay here. If you want entertainment and fun, please continue your search.

Daniel, Erik e tutta la squadra erano eccezionali. SLS Cancun si trova nella Marina, probabilmente il luogo più costoso e più lussuoso di tutta la città. Ci sono carichi di ristoranti e un grande centro commerciale letteralmente 7-10 min a piedi dall'hotel. La Marina è sorprendente con carichi di cibo e ristoranti a prezzi bassi. Ho soggiornato in una delle suite che si verifica con 2 bagni e una vista completa sull'oceano. La cosa migliore su questo hotel e la zona (la Marina) è quanto privato, sicuro (to Cancún è sicuro) e affluente la zona è. Io chiamavo la zona piccolo Miami. Se vuoi una zona rumorosa, questo non è il posto per te, ma se vuoi un po' di classe e poi girare in quella zona rumorosa e tornare in pace, allora SLS è per te. La gente paga per venire alla spiaggia, quindi è una spiaggia privata ma ovviamente gratuita per l'ospite dell'hotel, quindi non vedrai mai un gruppo di persone raffinate. Ho noleggiato una macchina durante il mio soggiorno attraverso l'hotel senza nemmeno pagare un deposito alla compagnia di auto e ovviamente si ottiene il parcheggio di Valet ogni volta. I ragazzi sono attenti e sempre felici di aiutare.Chiedi a Daniel e Erik, questi ragazzi sono tutto quello che ti serve. Ci vediamo presto.

Grande posizione. Buona per la famiglia e gli amici. La cena è buona. La stanza è buona con l'aggiornamento. Cosa paghi e cosa ottiene. Sono felice con questo hotel.

Molto così un punto di uscita dal college. Durante la pausa primavera è in gran parte ubriaco dei bambini del college. Il cibo non era molto buono ma aveva alcuni ristoranti che erano molto meglio di altri se si fa una prenotazione. Il personale era bello e per la maggior parte era pulito

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

Ho goduto l'hotel tutto compreso al contenuto del mio cuore. Non mi aspettavo molto cibo, quindi mi sentivo bene. Soprattutto, il mare dall'hotel è molto bello. Ci sto guarendo guardando il mare!

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. This resort benefits from its connection to neighboring GR Caribe by Solaris as their combined facilities and the prettier design of GR Caribe make the overall resorts experience more interesting and memorable.
