Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Can Picafort

Hotel molto pulito in tutti gli ambienti e anche all’ esterno nella zona piscine e giardino. Piscine di varie dimensioni e altezze con lettini, ombrelloni, gazebo con materassini e cuscini, area piscine dedicata ai bambini con scivoli e recintata . Varie attività giornaliere di sport e animazione e spettacoli serali prima per i bambini e poi per tutti. Tutto il personale molto cortese e disponibile anche se non parlano italiano ci si capisce e collaborano. Cibo buono e abbondante, tutto a buffet anche con piatti preparati al momento. La camera standard ben arredata, di dimensioni adeguate aveva una bella vista mare anche se laterale. I prodotti da bagno comprendevano anche la crema corpo. La terrazza al 15mo piano con ristorante, solarium e vasca idromassaggio ha una vista spettacolare sul mare. Zona Spa , con sauna, bagno turco, piscina con zona relax , palestra. Fuori dall’ hotel supermercato e nelle vicinanze fermata autobus e parcheggio interno. Pochi minuti di cammino e si è in centro e al mare anche se il paese è piccolo e non offre molto. Non mancava proprio niente. Il prezzo solitamente un po’ altino per i miei standard ma essendo bassa stagione (maggio) e avendo trovato un’offerta, devo dire che è stato un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci tornerei con i miei nipotini per fargli godere tutti quei servizi e giochi in piscina….sempre in bassa stagione…

Abbiamo viaggiato come famiglia di 4 (2 adulti, 2 adolescenti) in 2 camere gemelle. L'hotel era moderno e pulito in una grande posizione centrale. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Camere: Bella dimensione, pulito, buona vista sulla piscina, bel balcone, buona selezione di canali TV. Servizio di cameriera ogni giorno. Ma ... Le camere hanno avuto un orribile odore di fogna quando il condizionamento dell'aria era in corso. Piscine: 4 piscina all'aperto molto grande per tutti i gruppi di età, ma l'acqua è molto fredda. Letti di sole sporchi e stanchi. Asciugamani rimossi. C'è una piscina interna per bambini più una piscina / spa per oltre 16s. Cibo: Buona selezione ma spalmata dal fatto che sia il colazione che la cena sera era fredda. Non piace mangiare uova fredde fritte e salsicce. I bicchieri sembravano sporchi. Nessun sacchetto di tè inglese per colazione così comprato il nostro da un supermercato. Il frutto è ovviamente fuori tutta la notte quando era secco. Mio figlio è stato dato pollo che era crudo in mezzo. Mi sono lamentato e mi sono deluso di non ricevere scusa. Siamo stati anche molto delusi per l'etichettatura dei prodotti alimentari. Niente per dirvi quale sapore fosse la torta, lo yogurt o la giochi. Solo un gioco se fosse un sapore che ti piacerebbe. Inoltre, punto principale: nessuna informazione allergenica su nulla. C'è una piccola sala da gioco, ma la palla bianca è scomparsa dalla tavola da piscina e alcune macchine fuori ordine. È necessario 10 euro di deposito per prendere in prestito tavolo da tennis e palla. Il personale della reception era carino, gentile e amichevole, ma il ristorante e il personale del bistro non erano molto.

Personale molto cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Spazi grandi e climatizzati. Camera grande con un bagno moderno e un balcone molto grande con due sdraio. Ottima qualità prezzo. Consiglio: chiedere alla reception se hanno un ombrellone per la spiaggia (al posto che comprarne uno nuovo che poi dovete lasciare lì) Sono convenzionati con un servizio di noleggio auto, molto comodo. Il buffet alla mattina è molto vario, anche se secondo la mia opinione potrebbero esserci più cose dolci.

I have recently got back from a week here with my sister (both in late 20s). We went half board. After reading some of the reviews we were slightly apprehensive but we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wanted to share our experience to put other’s minds at ease! - We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful, when we arrived in the early hours of the morning the man at reception was so welcoming and even offered us a glass of Prosecco. Restaurant staff worked really hard as it could get busy. Amanda in the restaurant particularly was so lovely, she remembered our drinks order each night and even moved a table outside for us when the outside area was full. - The pool area was great, loads of sunbeds and space to move around. It was a quiet so great to relax, but did played chilled music which was a nice vibe. We really liked the loungers in the shallow pool. - Rooms were modern, clean and really big. The air con wasn’t great, but it did the job for us and didn’t impact on the holiday too much! - Food in the restaurant was good, lots of fish, meat and different vegetables each night. We enjoyed the Spanish and Mallorcan nights in particular. Breakfast also good, very similar to other food we’ve had in 4-star hotels - The bar did great cocktails (especially the Mojitos) and drinks were well priced- around €3 for wine and €6-7 for cocktails. Bar staff helpful and friendly. Evening entertainment was different singers on a few nights, good for background music while enjoying a drink - We only ventured to the beach a few times, it could get busy in the evening. Classic holiday ***** with gift shops, bars and restaurants. We didn’t explore much but looked like you could easily get a bus from outside the hotel Overall we had a lovely time here. Some aspects of the hotel are getting slightly worn out/tired but these didn’t matter to us as we just wanted to come and unwind. Would recommend if you’re looking for a chilled holiday with a good pool vibe and to “fly and flop” like we did!

The gran playa is the perfect hotel for a very relaxed holiday for couples, friends and families with adult children. This hotel would not suit folks who are looking for the clubbing/party scene. There is a vast mix of nationalities amongst the hotel guests and I am happy to say that all the guests mixed well with one another. The rooms have decent air con, comfy beds and a fridge which is free to use for your bottles of water. The food and drink is brilliant and I would recommend the all inclusive package (it includes cocktails!) The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Most local bars and shops are closed by 11pm so there is not much outside noise pollution. All the staff are fantastic, they offer perfect customer service and you feel very welcomed to the hotel. The hotel is modern and very clean. There are different singing acts three times a week that are booked by the hotel. My only minor issue is that the labelling of the food in the buffet restaurant could be better, the english descriptions are either vague, inaccurate or are not available. The kitchen staff struggled to explain the food when asked, however using google translate for the Spanish on the labels did help. I would happily book this hotel again next year!

My husband and I have just got back from a week at the Exagon Park Hotel and had a wonderful week. Set amongst palm trees and evergreens 10 mins walk to the beach on the edge of nature reserve and a residential area, the hotel was in a quiet setting and the pool area was surrounded by a large grassed area with loungers a plenty. Guests were predominantly British, Irish, Dutch and German. The staff were pleasant hardworking and the entertainment team informative, funny and respectful if you didn't want to join in the activities. Both lads worked well together and obviously loved their jobs. I was worried when I saw a review about them being pushy and rude but it certainly wasn't our experience. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable but we were only given 1 pillow each and they were very hard. We asked for extra, as did many other guests so i'm not sure why they dont just have 2 each in the first place? There is a lack of sockets but as a couple we managed fine. The decor is not modern but this did not bother us at all. We were on a half board basis which I was glad that we weren't AI as there wasn't the choice I've experienced on previous holidays, the most annoying part was unless you were lucky to time your food for when it came out, most of dishes were cold. The overhead/hot plates are woefully inadequate which was a dissapointment. We ate daily breakfast but only ate dinner in the resturant twice. There wasn't the choice you'd expect from a 4* and no flare in the presentation so it felt more like 3* but it was well cooked and no one would starve. I did note there wasn't any proper allergy labelling on any of the food so take this into account. The bar area is spacious and comfortable with nightly hour long entertainment of a lounge act of singers. All were very good. There is a full stage outside for the height of the season. The hotel bar prices were very reasonable €3.50 for a pint or glass of wine and waiter service. The bus stop is a 10 min walk from the hotel with a regular 20 min service very easy to travel to the neighbouring Alcudia and the whole island. We rarely saw the Ting Ting land train in use but it does have a stop immediately opposite the hotel gates but the hotel has a private walk way directly to the beach on the edge of a fresh water river and nature reserve which was a nice walk. A further 15/20 mins along the promenade takes you to Can Picafort where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to eat and drink at and are very reasonably priced. I have chronic back pain and sciatica but managed this walk daily (and further as its so pretty) as its ptactically on the flat and well paved. We booked the Son Amar show which was excellent but factor in the 2 hour coach trip there and back due to other pick ups so we didn't get back to the hotel until 2am. All in all we really enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, music choices for the outside bar and pool area were perfect, the daily 'animation' choices
