The staff were friendly and very nice while dealing with me who has bad social anxiety. They treated me with the upmost respect. The hotel room was honestly the best one I've stayed in in Camrose and I've stayed in 98% of them recently (going through separation) Very clean & not cluttered I enjoyed my stay allot! The night staff ( more like night angel) even helped me out when I went to shower & had forgotten my razor ! I have nothing bad to say whatsoever :) keep up the good work Camrose Resort & ****** Hotel ! Thank you for making my stay Sept 20-21 st the easiest stay I've ever had at a hotel & being so great to deal with!

Molto costoso per un soggiorno di 4 notti. Il personale del servizio frontale a controllo a metà settimana erano carini, ma il personale del servizio frontale durante il fine settimana erano brusca e brutta. Il colazione era gravemente mancante e no, non andavamo quando era chiuso. In 4 notti il nostro bagno è stato vuoto una volta e i letti sono stati fatti una volta. La pressione dell'acqua è mancata. Le camere sono piccole e buie. Il bagno e il frigo sono una bella caratteristica. I letti erano comodi. La mia principale denuncia è il prezzo e il servizio. Perché quando paghiamo $160-$190/night non ci sono servizi di custodia giornaliera e il cosiddetto colazione gratuita che è annunciato? Sì è una piccola città e non c'è molta scelta per gli hotel. Ma fare il gonfiore in prezzo e servizio e trattare i clienti con crudeltà non è un modo giusto per gestire un'impresa. Non ritornerò né consiglierò.

Check in was good, bathtub was dirty and mattress cover on bed. First day I never got hk, which met I had to ask towels . Fridge didn't work at all and I told the fd in morning and nothing got fixed or discounted. I lost food. So if you want to through away money stay but u can get better services for cheaper. I do this for a living and things broke but then discount for the things u don't get. And having g a fridge is important. Never again bad vibe and poor services. Baseboard dusty on dusty. . Need more customer services. I give them the change to make it right but never so I changed hotels.
