Molto cattiva esperienza 😕 😞 abbiamo controllato il 23 dic. hanno preso i miei soldi per il deposito e per la stanza prima di controllare diceva che non c'era colazione nella stanza dovevo pulire il tubo caldo perché c'era capelli neri nel tubo ci era Il colore nero guardava sbattuto sulle tende quando ci svegliamo per controllare fuori dalla stanza andava giù le scale, la chiave indietro controllato fuori, l'uomo mi disse che avrebbe mandato il mio deposito in carta per il non fumare che abbiamo lasciato a metà strada a casa, l'uomo chiamava e Stati che non riusciremo a recuperare il nostro deposito perché fumavamo nella stanza che mi piaceva fare? E poi tornai all'hotel chiedei di vedere prove dove avevamo fumato nella camera foto o qualunque cosa fosse perché quando lavoravo in un hotel dovevamo prendere foto e cosa non provare la persona fumata in quella camera non mi avrebbe lasciato tornare fino alla stanza o qualcosa di simile, che non era alto e non aveva prove che dicesse che era come fumare, quindi i poliziotti erano già venuti in camera e l'ha controllato. Fa tutto questo il tempo di non restituire i soldi delle persone indietro Questo è un abitudine per loro di fare questo tipo di cose rubando i depositi delle persone non restano lì a meno che non vuoi perdere 150.00 e la stanza mi costò 143.00 solo per una notte e è un dump non vale nemmeno il denaro per cominciare con loro sono un raso, così ho chiamato il BBB e anche presentato una denuncia presso l'ufficio delle imprese e finirò per dover prendere questo a piccole rivendicazioni in questo per ottenere il mio 150.00 indietro è una vergogna gente che lo facevamo senza acqua a casa e e qui era Natale e mi hanno gridato che non avrei mai dovuto lasciare che controllassero la stanza e poi aspettare che mi dia un discorso di ritorno è quello che avrei dovuto fare ma non l'ho fatto e mi hanno preso ma è una questione di diritto e questo è un problema. sare gestito

This review is not so much about the issue we had but how poorly it was handled. We traveled for a mountain bike race and stayed for 2 nights. Throughout our stay our door lock kept flashing red and we had to run back down to the front desk to get it rekeyed. Most frustrating when I was carrying a sleeping kid in from the car. We told them at check in but it was never resolved. Not that big a deal, but kind of added to what happened next… The morning of checkout we decided to sneak in a quick swim with my 3 boys. The pool looked cloudy but I didn’t think anything of that until later. While we were in there a man came in and tested the pool water - one of the vials showed bright red almost instantly but I’m not sure what that means either. 10-15 mins into our swim I looked down and my bathing suit was disintegrating. The material was falling apart, and there were white specs on the black suit where the elastic properties broke down. Weird. I got out out and realized my skin had a burning sensation. Started to put a couple things together and told my kids to get out of the pool, and said we should go upstairs and rinse this off. I stopped by the front desk to let her know that I thought the chemicals may be off and showed her what happened to my suit. When leaving the hotel about 45 mins later we saw the pool was still open and someone could still have gotten the same exposure we did. Once on the road home our symptoms continued to escalate for a couple hours for 3 out of the 4 of us. Headache, nausea, burning skin with red rash, red burning eyes, and just general unwell feeling. It subsided by late afternoon/ early evening and the next day we were fine. As we were driving I called the hotel back because it was miserable and I didn’t want anyone else to experience it. Front desk said the maintenance man was trying to fix it and asked if I would like to speak to a manager. I said yes, and wow! I was told everything we experienced was impossible. I was told there was no way I saw a maintenance man as he comes “very early in the am”, and that none of this happened to our bathing suits or our bodies. That their system is salt water and that they can’t possibly have chemicals out of balance. That they are checked monthly by the health dept and everything is perfect so there is nothing they can do and people are swimming in there now. The people swimming in there now is the issue I most wanted addressed as we were sick. I would have loved the token gesture of taking care of my suit (Speedo from Costco so not big $), but would have happily hung up if we could have prevented others from this experience. That wasn’t the call I had though so after she mentioned the health dept I called them and left a voice mail. The lady who called me back said she knew from my message without me mentioning the hotel name who I was speaking about and that they constantly have issues and violations.
