Pretty cool stay

Has a very pleasant time. Service was perfect. No screen on window was a bummer. All in all, would stay agian.

Front desk personnel was very friendly and attentive. The room, hmm. Clean but beat up. And broken. The fireplace did not work. Big bummer. Maintenance got it working, but if we turned it ff, it would not go back on. So, it was a one shot deal. Plus, you never want to have to call in maintenance once you are already in the room. Its just uncomfortable. The window opened on ground level to parking lot two feet from window. One window did not lock at all. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling I have these at home, but don't expect cobwebs at a hotel. The fan in the bathroom did not work. So it got very stuffy in there and never dried out from shower. Overall, I would not book here again. there are plenty of other hotel Inns along this stretch of beach, all with the same excellent location.

和家人自駕一號公路遊玩，通過平台預訂了2024年10月3號-4號 3間一晚全海景陽台房。 第二天4號一早我們退房繼續趕路，離開酒店不到一小時，家人想起遺漏了一條鑽石項鍊在房間。 我馬上通過電話、郵件、以及攜程平台聯繫酒店。 在聯繫的過程中，攜程平台方積極配合，但酒店方卻一直説沒有任何發現，由於當時需要趕往下一個目的地處理事情沒有馬上掉頭回酒店辯論。 5號我們特意驅車4小時回到了酒店希望能當面和酒店的保潔談話，因為我們遺漏項鍊退房的早上，看到有保潔後腳進入清潔。 回到酒店後經理説保潔已經下班了，由於涉及到私隱，我也理解不能提供保潔的聯繫方式給我，最後我們無功而返。 家人自我確認項鍊的遺漏位置，我也知道尋回的機會渺茫。 不能輕易冤枉一個好人，但事情能懷疑的人員不多，理解作為酒店方在沒有100%的證據下，也不能懷疑自己的員工。 衹能説可惜了，希望能吸取教訓，網友入住酒店切記放好貴重物品。 希望丟失的項鍊能幫助到偷取它的人。

設施：房間偏老了一些，但是也還可以，85分的好酒店。有一個壁爐我很喜歡，可以坐坐聊聊天。 衞生：還可以。 環境：最喜歡海景房，直接看大海，太陽落山很美，我坐陽台上吹風看大海，很愜意！ 服務：還可以的，對小孩子友善。
