During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

I was assisted by Miss Ariane swiftly in processing the accommodation and the different services the hotel can offer to their customers. While staying at Avenue Plaza Hotel, guests can access a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, and baggage storage. You can also enjoy a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. I am so grateful for meeting the hotel's staff members and extending their unwavering hospitality and pure dedication to their work in serving their guests and supporting them in pursuing excellence in assisting their visitors. Kudos to Mr. Sy, Rodel, Nel, et al. for preparing their guests' daily hearty and sumptuous breakfasts. The administrative staff, Jessica and Rosell, assisted us in preparation for the upcoming event of my mother's 80th birthday next year. If I have missed some names, my apology, and I will never forget your genuine service and dedication to serving your customers. Lastly, I will recommend the hotel to anybody I meet and interested in visiting Naga City! It's an accurate sample of excellent hospitality.

Excellent location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great views and nice staff. Friendly staff and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with good service in where we had lunch and dinner. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. It was very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer stay in the future.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui con i nostri amici. Usavamo la piscina per appendere che è divertente ma una testa in alto, la loro piscina è 5 ft e sopra. Ci è una piscina per bambini, ma sarebbe bello se la piscina adulta cominciasse almeno 4 ft. Considering Filipinos average height is not above 5ft 🙂

Lobby splendido e accoglienza calda dal personale Le procedure di check-in e check-out si sono svolte molto facilmente Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli e offrono una bella vista libera Il ristorante dispone di una mappa variabile e buoni piatti fatti a casa Per quanto riguarda i punti negativi da migliorare: - problemi di servizio al ristorante (piatti che arrivano freddo o caldo) - presenza di alcuni forni per colazione sui condimenti - piccola piscina piacevole ma non supervisata (la presenza di molti bambini che urlano perturbando la tranquillità del luogo) - lavori nella camera sotto alle 7 del mattino, non degno per un hotel di questa qualità - hotel leggermente eccentrico nonostante questi difetti rilevati, L’hotel rimane probabilmente uno dei migliori della città e io ritornerò con piacere
