Hotel a Camarines Sur, Filippine

This is a no frills hotel that gives you value for what you pay for, but what makes it shine and excel beyond its competitors is the quality of service. I was assisted by Junna to change our room after we discovered stains and a shoe print on the covers. Junna went the extra mile and personally inspected the new room we were to be assigned before giving us the new key card. That level of dedication to hygiene and guest comfort by a front office staff member is very rare nowadays. When we went to the cafe that evening for coffee and desserts, we enjoyed marvelous service from Joseph and Lito. They were very warm, and anticipated our every need. Again, that is something that makes this hotel shine. For breakfast, again, we enjoyed great service from Jonathan. There is only one downside. The breakfast area assigned to us was a tiny, humid and warm veranda. The interior designer didn't think to put fans or insect screens in that outdoor area. Jonathan brought in the staff fan from their own area just to try to keep us cool in the tropical heat. Staff initiative is really there, but space planning was lacking. Luckily we had breakfast and checked out early because that veranda would not be a great place to be at when all the other guests show up for breakfast. Their team really made our stay memorable. I hope management has a good talent retention programme because good hotels are a dime a dozen in that region and top service is their only real USP.

Arrived late in the hotel. Did not expect anything as we were tired and randomly booked a hotel for the night. Hotel was clean and new, employees were friendly too. Hoping they could keep the standard. Assigned room was on the 2nd floor and has no view. But nevertheless, we were there to rest. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Amenities were complete too. The only problem was the hot shower. We haven’t inform them as we were tired.

Abbiamo frequentato l'hotel Avenue Plaza per diversi anni e questa è stata la nostra prima visita in 4 anni dalla pandemia, che ha colpito i servizi dell'hotel come tutte le altre imprese. In questo modo, la ragione di questa recensione è “molto buono” è solo dovuto al servizio clienti superiore di tutti i loro dipendenti che trattano gli ospiti come la famiglia e cercano di soddisfare al meglio le esigenze degli ospiti, in mezzo alle sfide che si affrontano nella “molto bisognosa” Il signor Dennis Serrano (Manager) ci ha assicurato che vi sono piani per affrontare la questione e gli augurargli e al suo team il meglio. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Arianne Cortez e al personale dell'ufficio di fronte, nonché al ristorante, al mantenimento di case, ai porti, alla sicurezza, alla palestra, alla pulizia, all'informatica e ad altri agenti che si sono spostati dal loro modo per rendere felici gli ospiti.

Preparetevi a far sì che le vostre aspettative siano distrutte e i vostri standard siano elevati perché l'Hotel Robertson è in una lega di sé. During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.

It was NOT so clean, as advertised. There was muddied footprints on the bathroom floor. And toilet would not flush. The TV did not have audio. One of the Sogo personnel came to fix the problem. But unfortunately no fix was made. I was booked in Room-104, last 20-Dec-2023.

Proprio nel mezzo di Naga e a piedi dalla maggior parte dei siti, ma non era rumoroso, il personale era cortese. La stanza era pulita. Il Wifi funziona bene. Ci sono state buone strutture di RedDoorz. L'acqua potabile è stata fornita in un distributore all'interno della stanza, che preferisco in bottiglia. In generale, mi sono divertito.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui con i nostri amici. Usavamo la piscina per appendere che è divertente ma una testa in alto, la loro piscina è 5 ft e sopra. Ci è una piscina per bambini, ma sarebbe bello se la piscina adulta cominciasse almeno 4 ft. Considering Filipinos average height is not above 5ft 🙂
