Hotel con piscina a Camarillo

Ci piace stare lì. Posto preferito per prenotare. Il posto è pulito e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile?

The worst customer service of any Marriott hotel. I’m assuming this is a franchise as they do not want to work with me. I accidentally canceled my non refundable reservation and missed the window by 15 minutes. 15!!! So, I noticed a few days later they charged me $845. I called the hotel and they said it was a non refundable rate and they can't refund me my money. Fine. I understood the policy...So I specifically asked the lady on the phone to REINSTATE my original reservation because ”I had already paid for it”. Fast forward to a few days later, I found out this lady instead, booked me a brand NEW non-refundable reservation that had to be canceled within 24 hours. So I thus missed that window again. This woman never disclosed to me that they were keeping my initial ”deposit” as she now calls it. Nor did she explain I again would have 24 hours to cancel this NEW reservation (same dates/same rate) that I didn't even ask for. I was not made aware of this until a week later. So, I escalated it to Marriott Corp, opened a case for it and was told there's nothing they can do as the hotel has refused to offer any sort of credit or work with me at all. So, they're keeping my original $845 that was charged for cancelling AND now I'm stuck with this new reservation and have to pay another $845.... For a reservation I never authorized. Does that seem right?! I mean, come on. $1700 to stay at a Residence Inn in Camarillo?? I'd stay at the Four Seasons for that! Worst customer service ever. DO NOT stay here because not only can they not extend some leeway for a mere 15 minutes, , they also are deceptive and unethical. What a great Merry Christmas to me I guess .

Rimasto per una notte in febbraio. È sorprendente al prezzo. Hotel pulito, molto amichevole e accogliente personale di front desk. Rimasto a causa del servizio. La posizione è un po 'suono ma piuttosto molto ogni hotel nella zona affronta la stessa questione. Solo una suggerimento sarebbe un po'di pizzi di pipistrelli.

Ho prenotato la stanza attraverso Hotels.com e prepagato. Quando sono entrato, non hanno trovato la mia prenotazione, anche se ho mostrato la mia prenotazione al mio telefono al cameriere. Mi ha dato un gradino per corrispondere al prezzo che ho già pagato e mi ha fatto pagare di nuovo. E' stata la mia responsabilità chiamare Hotels.com. Mi hanno rimborsato il prepago, ma ho perso il credito alla mia stanza gratuita e la capacità di rivedere questo posto terribile sul loro sito web. Dopo aver controllato, un altro cameriere disse: “Sì, di solito abbiamo problemi a perdere quei prenotazioni, soprattutto quando siamo occupati”. Non so come sia possibile. La scatola di cavo non ha mai funzionato, il letto era rumoroso, stupendo, e non il re che ho pagato. Il bagno è troppo grande per il bagno. Devi costringere la porta attraverso la coppa a chiudere. Anche loro stanno facendo riparazioni in una stanza in modo che il percorso diretto alla nostra stanza sia bloccato. Il mio marito e io dovevamo camminare per un'avanguardia per arrivare a dove ci erano stati assegnati.

Rooms are good sized with a nice pull out desk. Lobby area ,with small bar and breakfast and lunch limited food items, is pleasant and comfortable. Bed quality and sleep comfort very good . Hotel is at the back of a small shopping plaza so convenient. Excellent NY Delhi next door as well as best restaurant in Camarillo, ”Bistro 13”. Nice big pool with room to swim laps. Good choice in the Camarillo area as is in a quieter , leafier part of town

L'ultima stazione di viaggio deve essere comprata e comprata. Più vicino alle uscite premium di Camarillo, sette minuti di viaggio, è meno auto intorno, ho chiamato l'auto per piu' di mezz'ora fino a pomeriggio. L'ambiente è buono, proprio accanto alla strada, il colazione è anche il normale livello di Holiday Inn. Se vuoi venire a questo shopping di Olive, puoi considerare.

I stayed at the hotel last weekend (checked out Nov 5th) and shortly after my sons baseball game noticed that I had left his shoes in the room. I called the hotel - no one was helpful. I tried to see if housekeeping recovered the shoes, if someone had checked into the hotel, maybe they were still under the desk? I could not get any information except that they would check with housekeeping. I called again on Monday - no information. Called on Tuesday - no information. I received an email this morning (Wednesday) from Pauline (the regional manager) stating that housekeeping does not have them and an apology that ”you lost your shoes”. I am livid! I did not loose the shoes. Instead, the message should have said, ”I am sorry you left your shoes in the room and my housekeeping stole them”! They were in the room! Anyhow, I have stayed at this place probably 20ish times for convenience (baseball park is close by), but I would not recommend - the rooms stink, the windows do not open so it's stuffy and smells like mildew, staff is not friendly, and now add to the list - the housekeeping are thieves!

E'molto vicino a Ole, sono stato a metà strada per vivere una notte.Lo standard non è molto alto, ma la pulizia e la scelta sono buona.
