I’m not going to talk only about how comfortable the hotel was, how welcoming the atmosphere felt, or how incredibly helpful and attentive the staff were — especially with all the little things that make traveling with a baby so much easier. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made our stay feel truly special. But what I really want to highlight is something that goes far beyond comfort and hospitality: the exceptional professionalism, honesty, and integrity of the people working here. During our stay, I unfortunately left my wallet at a restaurant. It contained all my important belongings, as well as a valuable gold necklace. Naturally, I was extremely worried. The hotel manager immediately took action and contacted the restaurant. And what happened next was simply incredible: within just five minutes, the restaurant owner personally came to our hotel to return everything I had forgotten. Everything was there. Nothing was missing. I have traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, but I have honestly never experienced this level of honesty, responsibility, and genuine care. It is moments like this that truly reveal the character of a hotel and its people. Hotel Azura is not simply a comfortable place to stay — it is a place where you feel safe, respected, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A very special thank you to the manager and the entire team for going above and beyond, for making our stay so comfortable with our baby, and for showing such incredible kindness and integrity. This is the kind of hospitality you remember. Iwould wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Azura to anyone looking for a place where exceptional service comes from the heart. The only thing we liked was the location and the sea view from the room. It's the only hotel that's located right by the sea and with its own beach. All other hotels in this resort are located across the street from the sea. The standard room 326, where we stayed for 4 nights, was terrible. The mattress was pushed through, and in the morning it felt like you'd been beaten all night. The safe was out of order. The shower was missing and water was spreading all over the bathroom floor. When we asked to fix the problems, the hotel manager only promised but did nothing. About the faulty safe, she said, ”Don't worry, they don't steal from us.” On the first morning of our breakfast stay, we were required to pay for tea and coffee, although I said breakfast was included in the reservation. I complained to the administrator, and she told the restaurant not to charge us for tea and coffee anymore. In the days that followed, at breakfasts, the wait staff at the restaurant looked at us like we had stolen something from them. On the third day, we were told that the black tea was over and they didn't even apologize. Overall, the atmosphere at the hotel was not friendly towards us. On the beach, some of the deck chairs were in faulty condition, the shower didn't work for the first three days of our arrival. The hotel doesn't give out beach towels, and that was a problem for us. The hotel staff saw and informed the administrator that I took a face towel to the beach, so the administrator not only scolded me, but also changed towels in our room the next days for old, washed and even without the hotel logo, it seems to me, towels were given to us forgotten by previous guests. Unfortunately, the Grand Hotel Aita is not a hotel you want to return to.

Una vera chicca con cibo e panorami fantastici. Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica. Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche. Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo  goduti il panorama. Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine. Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita! Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

Un ottimo soggiorno – altamente raccomandato! L'hotel Portanova superava le nostre aspettative. Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale ci ha resi veramente benvenuti. Anche se la comunicazione in inglese era un po' limitata, tutti erano incredibilmente gentili, utili e sempre disposti ad assistere con un sorriso. L'hotel era eccezionalmente pulito. Abbiamo controllato all'inizio del 25 giugno, dormito solo poche ore e uscito. Quando siamo tornati, la nostra stanza era già stata pulita e rinfrescata, che ci ha davvero impressionati. L'attenzione alla pulizia è stata eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza. L'atmosfera si sente calda e familiare, rendendoti più come un ospite che un altro visitatore. La colazione è stata un'altra attenzione – tutto è stato promesso fresco, fatto a casa e ben preparato. L'unico piccolo svantaggio è stato il disturbo linguistico, ma non ha mai influenzato la qualità del servizio o la gentilezza del personale. Non posso dare a questo hotel niente di meno di 5 stelle. Se stai cercando un posto pulito, accogliente e confortevole per soggiornare a Sarandë, Portanova Hotel è una scelta eccellente.

Hotel fantastico! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso all'Hotel Blue Sky. L'hotel è bellissimo, le camere sono pulite e confortevoli e il personale è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con la massima attenzione. Consigliatissimo a chiunque cerchi una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente! 💙

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti qui in maggio, e sinceramente saremo tornati! Bello hotel, e favolosa spiaggia! La nostra camera era bella e pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva (compresa l'acqua nel frigorifero e il tè/caffè). E' stata pulita ogni giorno ad un livello elevato. Il colazione (gratuito!) era fab, molte scelte e bello e fresco! La spiaggia e il letto solare erano fantastiche, bellissime e proprio davanti all'hotel!!! Mangiavamo cena nel ristorante e il cibo era davvero buono! La crema grigliata e la salata mediterranea sono stati un punto di riferimento per me :-) ma ciò che rende davvero questo posto è il personale - amichevole, gentile, utile e davvero concentrato sul buon servizio! Grita a un giovane capo che è anche un pittore e un decoratore (quando non è un cameriere) - così utile e amichevole il personale alla reception (molto utile) e il meraviglioso personale nel bar della spiaggia che lo ha fatto così possiamo guardare il calcio : -) la posizione è anche fab - fuori città, ma solo 30 minuti a piedi e così bello e tranquillo! Wpuld altamente raccomandato!

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, eine Woche mit unserer Familie im Green Coast MGallery Hotel zu verbringen, und können mit voller Überzeugung sagen: Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gestaltet – sehr neu, modern und stilvoll – und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das kristallklare Meer. Der Strand und das Wasser sind außergewöhnlich sauber und laden zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den hervorragenden Service. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. Wer gehobenen Service, modernes Design, höchste Sauberkeit und eine luxuriöse Atmosphäre schätzt, wird sich hier rundum wohlfühlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team des Green Coast MGallery Hotels für diese unvergessliche Woche. Sie haben unseren Familienurlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

A Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need. What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all! As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!
