My experience at the hotel was extremely wonderful. The environment is perfect, very pleasant, and super well maintained. The hotel facilities are very clean, all the staff are very friendly, saying “Good morning” when you meet them halfway or always ready to offer you the best service. The beach is small but super well looked after and very clean… there is no rubbish on the ground. Just shells! The hotel has two swimming pools with very beautiful views, two restaurants with very good food options!!! Wonderful breakfast with lots of bread and fruit options! Not to mention the kindness of the team to serve you a complimentary soft drink and fruit every day so you can enjoy the beach and pool but feel at home! The rooms are quite spacious, well maintained and extremely clean every day. The spa is incredible with many care options so you can relax and enjoy your vacation without leaving the hotel. Remember to ask the hotel about the best season to enjoy sea water, as it is very clean and light blue ❤️🥹

It was our second visit to the Alma resort following the first visit in April. In our first visit, we have stayed 4 days in the Alma resort, and we had great time and really liked the memories of that time, so we visited again. and it was really good choice.☺️ When we checked in at the reception, the staff welcomed us very kindly and professionally. Her name is 🩵’KIM MI’💙and she was really really kind. 🥰She helped us check in with careful consideration and smile, saying thank you for our revisit. Also, we really liked the room, and thanks to this, we were able to start our journey in the Alma resort in a really good mood.😆 When we visited, it was not busy season, so there were not so many people swimming compared to the dry season (April). So we swam so much. Even the main pool, which used to be so crowded, was also very comfortable to enjoy swimming and beautiful scenery. Also we went to the water park in the resort that I had not been to in the first visit, and many slides and flowing water pool were also good for adults to play with, and all the staff were kind.^^ We enjoyed breakfast at LA CASA. We can’t go to the pizza buffet this time due to the schedule, but LA CASA is our favorite restaurant among many other resorts because of its lovely mood and good dining.☺️ Even if it wasn't as impressive as the first visit including the ocean front pool villa, the second visit to Alma resort was also very successful. So we will go to the Alma again in the next month‼️😆🩵I hope the weather also will be fine. Thank you.😊

Non guardate, questo è il più delizioso resort vietnamita, il resort era quasi in capacità, ci hanno detto, ma si sentiva così segreto! Il design è fuori confronto, ogni dettaglio è perfetto. Il personale era così caldo e accogliente: grazie speciali a Joe e Ny per rendere così memorabile la nostra speciale giornata di compleanno.Sono un snob spa e ho pensato che con i trattamenti di spa quotidiani inclusi nel vostro spa, sarebbero perfetti, ma erro. Il servizio e la rilassamento nel bagno erano divini, e le scelte dei servizi erano una grande varietà. Non perdere il caldo massaggio bamboo! Io consiglierei questo resort a chiunque, ma soprattutto a coloro che cercano una vacanza rilassante, tranquilla e spa-orientata. Perfetto per le luna di miele o per il viaggio di una ragazza

Le camere sono tutte ville e ogni villa dispone di molte camere da letto. Tuttavia, se prenotate una camera da letto, le porte delle altre camere saranno chiuse. La stanza è carina, abbastanza grande, sala da pranzo in stile americano e tutti gli elettrodomestici sono disponibili. Anche la spiaggia privata è pulita, ma le onde sono troppo grandi per nuotare. Anche la spiaggia è molto pulita. Il cibo nel ristorante è ok, ma il prezzo è alto. La piscina ha acqua dolce, ma tutto il resto è buono. Sceglierò comunque questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio in famiglia.

I think this kind of resort is ideal for families, and especially wealthy families that don't mind paying exorbitant amounts of money for lunch and dinner. While the cost of a night's sleep was quite reasonable, everything else on site was very overpriced. I was also disappointed at the very limited stock in their on-site convenience store; not one single Vietnamese beer available (only Heineken, and Budweiser). You would hope that they would support the local economy at least a little bit. The location, while close to the airport, was bascially in the countryside. It was a 15-minute taxi ride to civilization for any small shopping/eating, etc. Nha Trang, the closest city, was 40 minutes away. We stayed there a few nights before moving to Movenpick, and kinda wished we spent an extra night there rather than an extra night at Movenpick. The pool closed at 7pm. After that, there is nothing to do. Beach access closes at 6. The pools were great, especially early in the week, when there weren't so many people. But by Thursday, check-ins got busier, and the pool overfloweth with people. The place was immaculately clean, relatively quite (some families next door and above were screaming until near midnight. We complained, and it got resolved.) Breakfast buffet was varied,, but nothing special. Americanos and Lattes were available, but if you wanted Vietnamese coffee, they offered iced only. They strongly discouraged ordering a hot viet coffee, but I did anyway, and it came out lukewarm at best. No salted coffee, no egg coffee, no Vietnam feel in this place. Overall, stay there if with kids. They'll love the pool, and the 'chocolate hour'. As a couple, I wouldn't recommend it.

Ci siamo davvero divertiti di più in questo resort, la spiaggia era così bella. Tutto migliore. Consiglio vivamente il cibo e le bevande del ristorante Blue Lobster che sono davvero fantastici. Pianificheremo di nuovo per portare anche la nostra famiglia a godersi l'ambiente.

Il cibo era assolutamente sorprendente. Il parco acquatico e la sala da gioco erano belli, ma un po' deluso con i tempi aperti 9:00-11:00 e 15:30-5:30. Le camere erano belli, ma i letti erano estremamente fermi. Il personale era gentile, tranne che durante il check-out tardivo, si trovavano costantemente insulti a uscire dalla stanza.

L'hotel è un po' vecchio, la mia stanza ha ancora un problema con la porta, un sacco di polvere, ma in cambio, il personale è amichevole, entusiasta, felice. Tutti sono molto amichevole. Ma quando sono rimasto, era piuttosto vuoto, quindi era un po' triste
