Beautiful hotel and grounds. Stunning rooms which felt more like a spa suite than a room. Loved the smells around the property (so much so I bought the diffuser). Beautiful spa. Gorgeous balcony accessible via the rain shower or bedroom. Location is on the outskirts of town but perfect for those who want to be tucked away in a luxury sanctuary. Worth hiring a car. The Asian restaurant was very very good. We usually always go for adults only hotels but this one still felt very peaceful despite it being family friendly. Wasn’t too busy. A perfect little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were very lovely

We had a nice week but many aspects of this hotel should have been better. Service was generally slow,mainly ignored on entering restaurants and left standing (especially first day - not very welcoming) staff visually unhappy and grumpy (small handful v friendly) Kids club very poor. No signing in out procedures. No engagement from staff member with children. I brought to attention of reception who assured it was because normal staff was on holiday and would change the next day. I returned the next day, I received a smile on this occasion but was still told there were no signing in and out procedures. No assistance at all with leaving child. Very poor. Had to ask several times for certain requests, some were resolved/actioned. Some were not. Food was mainly very good. Pizzas not great quality and too big for children. Did not dine in fine dining as had a young child with us but was told by others service was incredibly slow in there. Overall disappointing service throughout but it didn’t spoil our week.

Sehr ruhige Anlage ohne Animation, Entspannung pur. Nicht überlaufen, eigentlich immer Liegestühle frei. Angenehm auch die Bereiche ohne Kinder. Wir hatten Halbpension, und sowohl Frühstück als auch Dinner ausgezeichnet. Es besteht die Möglichkeit beinahe ständig und überall á la carte zu essen. Die Speisen mit durchaus großer Auswahl und guter Qualität trotzdem für meinen Geschmack etwas überteuert. Wasser auch ziemlich teuer. Trotzdem, auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Alles wird schnell und unkompliziert erledigt. Super Personal vor allem auch was die Organisation betrifft. Lift in alle Zimmer und Pooletagen (Ausnahme infinite-pool auf dem Dach, da muss man Treppen steigen), Restaurants barrierefrei erreichbar. Frühstück und Abendessen im Freien mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht. Auch der Ausblick von unserem Hotelzimmer - Balkon ein Traum. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber, großer beleuchteter Schrank mit viel Stauraum. Es waren relativ viel Gäste da, aber man hatte nie das Gefühl von Enge. Autovermietung von der Rezeption organisiert, total stressfrei. Von der Rezeption aus werden auch Bootsausflüge zu bezahlbaren Tarifen angeboten. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Strand ist eher klein, aber sehr hübsch. Nachteil: wenn man kein Auto hat, ist man schon etwas abgelegen, da in direkter Umgebung z.B. keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht. Die findet man im nächsten größeren Ort. Dafür bietet das Hotel einen kostenfreien Shuttle-Dienst 3xtäglich hin und zurück an. Über Spa und fitness kann ich nichts sagen, da wir´s nicht genutzt haben. Jedenfalls waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Vedendo molti commenti cattivi all'inizio, si fermò in questo hotel con un umore dolce; non pensavo che quello che diceva male fosse completamente falso! Come un turista di alto livello, ho vissuto innumerevoli hotel a stelle. La mia sensazione è molto buona. La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona. È possibile andare sulla spiaggia. L'atteggiamento del personale è eccellente. Non c'è discriminazione geografica. Il colazione e la cena sono ricchi. Anche se la piscina è piccola, l'atmosfera è buona. Specialmente la mattina, la musica è molto brava. L'unico difetto è che la camera non è ben progettata quando è stata spazzata. Dopo aver lavato la vasca, l'acqua della vasca è scattata fuori dalla porta. Tutti devono essere attenti!In generale, è ancora soddisfatto, un viaggio felice!

Tolle Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Das Highlight ist der Infinity-Pool auf dem Dach. Mit Glasboden und Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings ist der Pool nicht beheizt. Das Frühstück bot viel Auswahl. Sowohl internationale, als auch spanische Speisen waren vorhanden. Für unseren Geschmack allerdings viel zu süß. Vor allen Dingen die künstlichen Säfte waren fast ungenießbar. Das Standard-Zimmer mit Balkon und Stadtblick. Nicht riesig, aber angenehm ausgestattet. Mit breitem Bett, offener Garderobe, Mikrowelle und kostenloser Mini-Bar (Wasser, Säfte, täglich aufgefüllt). Kein Luxus-Hotel, aber insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

Ero alla ricerca di una breve vacanza rilassante dove l’hotel avrebbe fatto un’enorme differenza. Avevo scelto di tornare a Palmanova poiché la spiaggia è bella , c’è una bella passeggiata da poter fare al mattino appena svegli ed anche la sera tra i tipici negozietti per turisti e Palma è a 15 minuti . Volevo un hotel bello e vicino alla spiaggia . La ricerca mi ha portato a questo Melià, catena che conosco e stimo ma le cui recensioni risalivano al 2019. Ho sfidato la sorte ed ho fatto bene. Scrivo dall’hotel in questo momento perché bisogna assumersi la responsabilità di ciò che si scrive . Posizione fantastica, attraversi il “paseo” e sei sulla spiaggia . Gli spazi comuni sono belli , arredati con gusto , un po’ eccentrici ma proprio belli e curati , nulla è lasciato al caso . Il personale è di alto livello , tutto, quello di ricevimento , quello del bar e quello di sala ( cortesia , conoscenza plurima delle lingue , preparazione rispetto all’area di competenza) . Il Riatorante è molto buono , tanto per la colazione che da un punto di vista della presentazione merita un 10+, ( la varietà e la qualità del cibo non sono da meno ) , quanto per la cena , à la carte , contenuto singolare ma buono . Se proprio devo fare una nota un po’ così , le camere belle e confortevoli , ma avrebbero bisogno di un di più e di una rinfrescatina, specie il bagno . Certo è che veniamo da due anni terribili per il turismo , per cui gli investimenti sono probabilmente mirati e qui ci sono . Davvero da provare se si vuole una vacanza di qualità.

Alti e bassi. Struttura voto 8: spazi comuni molto spaziosi e organizzati bene. Manutenzione buona e decorazioni molto originali che rimandano al nome del resort Personale voto 9: sempre cordiale e disponibile con tutti. Piscine voto 5: apertura ore 10 (!) troppo tardi. bisogna far la corsa al lettino perché ci sono meno postazioni che clienti. Se tardi 5 minuti resti senza posto! Piscina dei piccoli troppo piccola per la quantità di bambini presenti. Camere voto 7: piuttosto comfortevoli, letti comodi, frigobar, bagni grandi. Poco spazio per l’armadio Ristorante voto 5: per un 4 stelle mi aspetto trattamento all’altezza. Il menù è pari ad un 3 stelle. Cibi con qualità piuttosto basse. Chef alla griglia lenti. Pizza imbarazzante. Cocktails annacquati. Pulizia voto 6: nelle camere un po superficiale ma accettabile. Zone comuni piano terra perfette. Le aree delle piscine potrebbero essere più pulite. Water park voto 6: più scena che altro. Normalissimo. Parco divertimenti voto 9! Davvero originale la “casa rovesciata” e mini golf strutturato bene. Baby dance voto 1: imbarazzante! Posizione voto 8! Centralissima vicino alla spiaggia di Magaluf considerata fra le 5 migliori dell’isola. Dove ci sono prezzi assolutamente onesti (6,50€ x lettino giornaliero) Considerazioni che esula dalla valutazione sulla struttura: Siamo stati 10 giorni ma abbiamo trovato la clientela molto maleducata sia al ristorante (senza rispetto x cibo e pulizia) sia in piscina dove vengono lasciati i bambini allo sbando senza controllo. Nostro figlio di 4 anni è stato molto più felice alla spiaggia che in piscina. Non ci tornerei.
