The hotel facilities were very good. Only disappointment was that the coffee machine was out of order most of the time. This was extremely inconveniencing since there are no facilities to prepare coffee in the rooms.

Very good value for money for a spacious room with breakfast included. Great location, near bus stops with services to Lyon City Centre and Cité Internationale. Wifi was down for a day but the issue was fixed rather promptly and no problems for the rest of my stay. Just to take note that there is no safe deposit box in my room category (room with double bed).

Staff was friendly, but plates, spoons...at breakfast were dirty.

早めに到着しましたが、チェックイン開始の14時までは部屋に入ることができませんでした。鍵はありません。部屋番号と6桁の暗証番号を書いた紙を渡されてそれで解錠します。この紙を落としたらホテル名、部屋番号、暗証番号が把握されてしまうので暗証番号を暗記して部屋に置いて外出していました。 テレビのリモコン、ドライヤーはフロントにリクエストしないと貸してもらえません。お湯はキッチンで作ってもらえますし、電子レンジエレベーター前にあるので便利です。価格にあったバランスの良いホテルだと思います。

Fréquence régulière de cet hôtel car bon emplacement. Toutefois les rideaux de douche sont a changer (trop court) dans toutes les chambres que nous avons faites, le probleme est toujours le même : le rideau de douche. Resultat salle de bain trempé. Des sèches cheveux devrait être mit à disposition dans les chambres et la machine à boisson être fonctionnelle… Literie agreable, chauffage fonctionnel, lit confort++ Tranquillité de l’hôtel..

衞生：不錯 設施：不錯 服務：不錯 環境：不錯 早餐很好，服務很好，周圍環境很安靜，距離展會場館比較近，周圍有超市，飯店，都比較方便

到火車站很方便，門口就有公交車。房間也ok，就是沒有吹風機，其他的洗漱用品什麼的也很簡單，就很簡略的一個連鎖酒店
