Calpe: hotel con bar

We always use this hotel and have done so for many years now. It's situation is ideal for both beaches which are easily accessible with mobility scooters, as is the old town. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, from reception to bar to restaurant. Nothing is too much trouble. The choice and variety of dishes in the restaurant is excellent. We are returning in September.

Just got back from staying at this beautiful hotel it is in an excellent location and is in walking distance to EVERYTHING from the beach to the bars and restaurants along the front and also a easy walk up to the old town (highly recommend) The only problem really was that the shower door leaked soaking the bathroom floor but other than that I had a fantastic time. The events are definitely worth going to and the pools are definitely worth a try with a cocktail of course or a gin and tonic. All the staff were very friendly and would do anything to help you out. I have been going to Calpe for close to 15 years but this was my first time staying at the Solmar and i have booked it again for next year. Can't wait

Splendida struttura in posizione strategica anche per la spiaggia. Personale gentile e cortese in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta improvvisa. Nota di merito per la Spa, estremamente curata e con una lista trattamenti invidiabile (plauso ad Alexandra per l’estrema professionalità.

Da ESTIMAR Calpe Suitopia di Calpe (Centro di Calpe) impiegherai pochissimo a raggiungere luoghi interessanti senza dover guidare o prendere mezzi pubblici. Sarai infatti ad appena 5 minuti a piedi da Spiaggia di Arenal-Bol e 9 minuti da Sito archeologico Banys de la Reina. Questo hotel per famiglie dista 21,3 km da Benidorm Palace e 25,8 km da Platja de Llevant.Lasciati coccolare presso la spa, dove ti attendono massaggi, trattamenti per il corpo e trattamenti per il viso. Quality hotel, location a stone's throw from the beach and bars/restaurants couldn't be better. Buffet breakfast was good, definitely didn't have to fight for a bread roll and the pool bar on the top floor was great. The Old Town is a 10 minute uphill stroll away and well worth visiting. Local bus stops right outside the hotel so plenty of options to get around. Heartily recommend.

Mia sorella e io eravamo alloggiati in una camera singola per 3 giorni con un letto grande, perché è spontanea con. L'ho prenotato solo sul posto in hotel. Non c'era problema e la stanza era completamente sufficiente per noi. Molto pulito, utile e buon personale e il buffet per colazione è stato il pazzesco assoluto. Ci ritroveremo in ogni caso. La posizione è semplicemente un sogno 😍. Sono da piccolo a annuale a Calpe, ma per la prima volta in un hotel. Non abbiamo avuto niente da difettare. In ogni caso, continua a raccomandare 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This was short weekend visit , luckily not my holiday, visiting friends , otherwise I would be even more disappointed it. Beds - very hard (make sure you ask for toppers on arrival) Bathrooms - bath full or rust, old mouldy filler around bath, all the accessories in bathroom covered with grease and dust (assuming sunblock spray never cleaned), clearly not cleaned in ages. Floors are never washed in the room during stay so you get black feet walking around from the dust Balcony is not nice, the top of your balcony wall, soooo dirty. Old sunbeds, not comfortable. Zero privacy on the balcony , you can just look at each other as the tiny bit of glass does nothing. Breakfast total shocker, I never ever been anywhere where they cannot make an omelette. Its only continental breakfast with option of eggs . Went for cheese and tomato omelette. I have travelled a lot in my life all over the world, but hands down, this was the worst omelette . It was overcooked, dry and the cheese was hard lump of cheese in the middle, which is not suitable for omelette at all as does not melt, and large slice of tomato in the middle, what chef would even let this leave the kitchen?? Turns out there is no chef there at breakfast but your waiter will cook your omelette. I had one bite and left it, the waiter asked me what is wrong, and I have told him is not good. He then went and cooked my another one ,despite me telling him NO. His Words ”give me another chance, I am not a chef” Believe you me I know he was not a chef after the 1st one ,and the 2nd one was as bad. Is not his fault but the management, who gets waiters to cook your breakfast ?? surely not any reputable hotel??? The staff was polite overall and friendly but would not stay there even if you pay me. So for £400 for 3 nights , complete disappointment.

Adoro il vecchio posto, buon cibo, comodo camera, grande posizione, personale eccellente in foyer e bar nel ristorante lavoravano troppo duro, ma hanno avuto un sorriso occasionale. Il posto ha qualche colpa per essere vecchio, ma così lo facciamo io sono vecchio e stanco, ma prova il mio meglio, così questo hotel mi ricorda una vecchia nave, funziona ancora bene, ma alcune porte catturano e la cosa strana ha bisogno di riparare, datata ma non trascinata. Ci piaceva tanto che tornassimo a febbraio per un mese e non potremmo aspettare. Feliz Navidad Esmeralda, bueno Anos Nuevo.

We had a fantastic five-day stay at Port Europa Hotel. As a family of five, we booked two rooms. Each was a double room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in one and two double beds in the other. The ocean view was gorgeous, and the beach was just a few minutes' walk away. We chose the all-inclusive option and were very satisfied. The buffet offered a nice variety of foods, and the staff was generally very friendly. A special mention goes to Marina from the entertainment team, who was a ray of sunshine. She was always smiling and made sure everyone received attention. Our son especially loved her because she included him in games, translated everything for him, and helped him feel welcome, even though he was a bit shy and didn’t understand Spanish. Thank you for making our stay extra special, Marina! Also, a shout out to Encarni from the bar for being so warm and welcoming and for her professionalism! Overall, it was a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach, spectacular views, and great accommodations. I recommend registering and going for a small hike up the mountain before the tunnel for even more breathtaking views. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk to the old city, with a grocery store nearby if you prefer to cook your own food. Mercadona, a more affordable grocery store, is near the old town and also within walking distance. Additionally, Salinas offers a flamingo pond, a small tourist market, and many nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in Calpe!
