L'hotel non ha restituito il nostro deposito CAD 180 anche se siamo sicuri che non abbiamo rotto nulla. Provato a chiamarli, ma ci hanno detto di chiamare alle 10, ma di chiamare di nuovo, perché siamo occupati di recente. La cena era grande e la stanza era pulita. Il personale della cucina era gentile, ma ci ha voluto molto tempo per riempire.Un tipo di cibo era tutto perso anche se era ancora presto (cartoline). Il personale del front desk era buono

因為miss了班機要臨時找地方過夜,找到這家有免費機場接送服務的旅館,比較省心。打電話給旅館不久就安排車來機場接了,check in時也預約了第二天早上送我們到機場的Suttlebus, 比較放心。 有包簡單的自助早餐,種類不多,有咖啡,茶,牛奶,炒蛋,麵包,果醬,牛油,麥片, 粟米片等,基本的要求都可以滿足。房間整潔,牙刷拖鞋要自備,有咖啡機和咖啡包飲料,可惜房間空調聲音比較大,會影響晚上睡覺。旅館有室內泳池及兒童滑水梯,有小朋友入住也十分合適。旅館對面就有不同的餐廳,走5至10分鐘也有購物中心,算是十分方便的地點。

At first five stars. Once we tried to catch some winks though, we found that we could not get comfortable. The sheets are stiff and unpleasantly unpleasurable. We slept poorly and felt tired even tomorrow (today). The bathroom was clean and glassy.

Show that you care! The hotel is new, beautiful and well located. The breakfast room is impressive with its size, tall ceilings, views and terrace. The breakfast itself is great with its variety, including waffles and a delicious South Asian(?) vegetable stew each day. The suites are large and well equipped, and the bed comfortable. Now if only the staff could treat customers a bit better. We paid $30 for underground parking, which was important to us because we got an upgraded rental car and were liable for it. On the second day, the garage was completely full, with more cars entering the garage - thanks to a broken capacity indicator that permanently shows 208 spaces. Staff basically blamed it on the fact that the garage is a private facility unrelated to the hotel. They sent us to two nearby surface lots. One was only available till 8:00 at a cost of $22.52. The second one was a dirt field. 1. I don’t care whose lot it is. You sold me access to it at an extortionate price and did not mention any other options, implicitly endorsing it. 2. Don’t sell more spaces than you have, especially at that price. 3. Know and explain options. Don’t direct your customers to a lot that only sells space till 8:00 for over 3 times the price as the next lot. You are wasting my time. Then at 4:00 am, we were woken up by a loud motor noise coming from the fridge. We had to move it and unplug it (it’s a full size fridge, not a hotel fridge). The clerk’s reaction? “Sorry about that, I’ll tell maintenance.” We had one night parking taken off the bill. No consideration for the hassle both from the parking and the fridge. You can do better. Better policies, better communication and a bit more generosity. Overall, not a good experience.
