Era una camera fantastica e un letto grande. Ci sono TV anche bagno. Potrei essere davvero a mio agio. Vuoi rimanere di nuovo! Era una bellissima camera e il letto era grande. C'era anche una TV in bagno. Era molto comodo. Voglio stare di nuovo qui.

Hotel piccolo, senza pretese, ma molto moderno con una bella vista sul fiume Bao. Il ristorante Nupo è a pochi passi dall'entrata dell'hotel e ha un grande posto per colazione e cena proprio davanti al vecchio edificio “Simmons”.

The good This was our third visit. Room was as advertised, fireplace worked, comfortable. Enjoyed the restaurant and bar being one flight of stairs away and bar staff was very good in the evenings. Great location in Kensington. Not so good *Slippery bathtub/shower - somebody is going to fall and get hurt!* Breakfast was substandard with food items not replaced when gone, very limited (embarrassingly so) options, charge for anything other than drip coffee and mediocre food quality. There were other signs of management not being on top of things such as a missing curtain closer and check in process with no welcome back from previous stays or review of our pre arrival questionnaire. Makeup mirror in bathroom was broken.

Ottima permanenza. Albergo moderno, la stanza e il bagno si presentano molto bene con un bel colpo d’occhio, letti comodissimi, personale cortese. Ci sono stato di passaggio dopo un volo da toronto prima di partire per i laghi e siamo rinati. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte. Molto consigliato. Ottima anche la colazione e la cena.

What a terrible experience . Where do I even start? Let me start by saying that I NEVER leave bad reviews and I am really not a picky person. But when you are spending $250+ for a room at an upscale trendy hotel, you expect more. First off, I called in August to book two rooms for myself and 5 of my friends to share for my 40th birthday this month. upon booking, I only received an email confirmation for one room. I called back a few days later and the lady who assisted me apologized and said that I was only booked in for one room. She rectified that I was excited for my special day! All of us girls checked in last Friday. I noticed the rooms were very run down. The leather around both beds was ripped everywhere and even had chunks missing. The decorative pillow on the chair was gross. The balcony looked like something from a cheap motel room (rusted railings), the radiators/Ac vents were full of dust and debris, the carpet was bumpy and uneven (maybe prior water damage?) the closet was dusty on the inside. The alarm clock was even set an hour behind. Like really?? Overall the room DID NOT feel like a boutique/upscale room. I have stayed at $100/night rooms that were better maintained and cleaner than this. Shortly after checking in, we made our way to the pool area for some relaxation and drinks. The four of us all ordered different cocktails from the menu. They were probably the worst cocktails we had. You can tell they use cheap liquor and the taste was just not there. They reminded us of cocktails you would get an a 3 star all inclusive Cuban hotel. The pool area itself was also run down and dirty. There was dust on the ledges behind our couch and the inflatable fabric ceiling supports were dirty and really need to be scrubbed or replaced. Such an eye sore. The pool water was freezing! We ended up going in just to our thighs. What's the point of offering an indoor pool if it's too cold to swim in? While we were at the pool, a friend of mine who was at a wedding and could not make it for my birthday, messaged me to ask if I had received a gift in my room. I told her no. She called the hotel and they told her they had someone else booked in with the same name as mine and that they must of accidentally delivered my gift to her room (highly doubt that) and that they would rectify it. They then told her that it was in my room and when I went to check, it still was not there ! She had to then call the hotel back a third time which at that point, they had the gift successfully delivered to my room. My friend said that they did not even offer her anything for the mix up and hassle! Upon checking out the following morning I went to take my can drinks, beers and leftover food from the fridge and everything was frozen solid. I had to throw the drinks and food out out. That was probably $50 of booze and another $30 of food that was wasted. The next day, I noticed four pending charges on my credit card statement. I called the hotel and asked them to

Stayed here many times. It is always excellent. Always clean and comfortable. Front desk was especially helpful this trip when we had difficulty checking in to our flight. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the young woman that assisted us in printing our boarding passes but she was top notch. We appreciate the shuttle and parking package, it is very convenient for us.

Il cibo è buono! Anche se la maggior parte dei piatti erano troppo spezie per me, l’esperienza generale era ancora buona. Il Gulab Jamun era grande, anche se trovo troppo dolce, era grande le samosas e il Aloo Tikki che si coppiava bene con il pollo di burro. Cora è stato il server più dolce del ristorante. 😊

Stayed here on our way to Banff and then again on our way home. We had the same room both times. It was very clean and spacious. Bed was quite comfortable We opted to pay in advance for the buffet breakfast and it was more than adequate ( typical scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread items, yogurt). If you prefer , you can order omelettes and other breakfast specialties from the restaurant menu. We had a quick dinner at the restaurant the night before our flight home and it was very good. We even bought sandwiches for the plane from the kiosk in the lobby and they were fresh and tasty.
