Hotel in zona Edgebank Pathway, Calgary

La struttura era molto pulita e organizzata, il personale era molto utile, amichevole e professionale, tutti in grado di aiutarci in tempo e in modo efficiente. Si sono allontanati dal loro modo per assicurarsi che abbiamo bagagli per colazione, perché siamo andati così presto al mattino. Il servizio di navetta e la posizione sono un bonus. Molto conveniente avere il servizio di navetta e vicinanza all'aeroporto. Raccomando questo hotel e il 100% resterà qui di nuovo!

La seconda volta.La stanza è ancora buona.E questa volta ho scoperto che la lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie sono utilizzati gratuitamente. Ma il servizio di trasporto aereo dell'hotel mattina era molto cattivo e confuso. Mi ha dato un taxi prenotato a un altro. Poi l'hotel ha passato vent'anni a chiamare l'auto. I booked the Westin to cover me for a late flight into Calgary. I was able to move my flight to an earlier time but was inside the cancellation time for the hotel, so I stayed the night. The hotel presents well from the exterior, smells of freshness and clean when you walk in, and the lobby kept clean with newer furnishing. I checked in and went directly to the restaurant to get food before they closed. The prices were decent for an airport hotel with limited offerings near the location. I ordered the Mahi and it was cooked properly, tasted wonderful and the sides were just as good. The cheesecake was good but reminded me of the multi-wheel cheesecake you get at Costco. It was good but paled in comparison to the Mahi. The waiter was a younger guy that was engaging, had stories about working for Marriott, his travels and places he still wants to see. Overall, a great end of the day dining experience. Once I got to the room, it was very nice. With my status and an upgrade coupon, I was able to get an upgrade to a suite that had a nice, large shower and tub in the suite. There was limited noise from outside to interfere with sleep. The bed is the typical Marriott set up providing a good nights sleep. The TV was a nice size and the controls for lights and heat easy to access and use. The following morning, I was up for breakfast. The good experience from the previous night, at the same restaurant, was smashed for breakfast. I arrived to a 'wait to be seated' sign so I waited for 5-7 minutes watching the waitstaff serve and clean tables. There were 3 active tables, 7-10 tables to be cleaned and three waitstaff in the area. Once I was able to get one person’s attention, he wanted me to sit at a table that had not been clean from the previous customer. I found a clean table with no silverware with expectations that the waiter would see I need silverware and bring some to the table. Once I was seated, the waiting continued. Even if they were busy, which they were not, a flyby to say ”I will be there shortly' is expected. After waiting more than 10 minutes, with all of the waitstaff walking in and around me, I held up the menu to get their attention. One said, 'I thought you were taking that table' to the other person’s reply 'no, it's yours'. I ordered but the staff did not write down the order. Before he left, he asked me again what I wanted so I repeated it and said 'it is ok to write it down' but he said he was good. I handed over my free breakfast coupon before he left. When he brought the coffee, he confirmed the order and had it wrong. Third repeat of the correct order to the waiter and the food still came to me wrong and I had to retrieve my own silverware so I could eat. I had already waited 20+ minutes on getting food so I ate what they brought to me. What was prepared was good but not what I ordered. I rationalized with myself that breakfast was free, so it was not that big of an issue. After the food was served th

Sono rimasto qui per 5 notti. Tutto il personale dal desk front to the household and maintenance staff erano molto efficiente e amichevole. Il primo panino era buono, fatto medio raro come io ordinavo, e offerto, ma il secondo era duro e medio ben fatto e freddo. (Ho ordinato un po' di raro) Ho ordinato anche la segatura sui frutti e non lo farò mai più. Il costo aggiuntivo per un po' di segatura era $3.00. Anche le bevande erano molto costose. Il vino era $1.00 per onza e una Carona era $9.00. In generale, era molto costoso 5 giorni. Tuttavia, sul lato superiore, l'hotel era molto pulito e tranquillo fino all'ultima notte. Ho anche una targa di licenza per disabilità, quindi parcheggiavo in un punto di disabilità. La scorsa notte ho ricevuto una nota sulla mia macchina che diceva che non ho l'autorizzazione a parcheggiare lì e se non muovo la mia macchina, si verificheranno ulteriori azioni. Ho portato fuori il cameriere e gli ho mostrato la mia licenza di abilitazione che è registrata per me.Il manager dovrebbe davvero fare la sua ricerca prima di mettere note come quella sulle auto. For my son and I, it was perfect. Close to what we needed. I loved the bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Not sure if it’s a normal thing in Calgary, but i loved it.

Stavamo andando in Messico e dovevamo passare la notte a Calgary. L'hotel aveva una navetta gratuita e era disponibile tutto il giorno in ore. La nostra camera era tranquilla e il personale eccellente. Il nostro soggiorno era breve ma ci sono stati trattati come il nostro business era apprezzato. Ci hanno informato che la nostra stanza era pronta per posta elettronica.Ha un ristorante sul sito con altre opzioni vicino.

Grande servizio. Ho chiamato per chiedere un check-in tardivo perché il mio volo era in ritardo, e avevano qualcuno al mio ufficio quando finalmente ci sono arrivato. Mi hanno aiutato anche a ottenere una nuova carta chiave per la stanza quando la mia non funzionava correttamente. L'hotel è anche nel cuore della città e vicino a una stazione C-Tren.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, vicino a CTrain. Una camera doppia non è grande, soprattutto l'aria condizionata è troppo rumorosa, l'impianto di aria condizionata è arretrato e non riesco a dormire bene tutta la notte. Il servizio di reception è buono.

La ricetta è particolarmente bello, la vedo in un buon umore tutto il giorno.La stanza è pulita e pulita, e il paesaggio fuori dalla finestra è aperto.Il colazione è in collaborazione con il ristorante del primo piano, un pacchetto occidentale, con caratteristiche e deliziose.
