Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Cala d＇Or

Basic but clean. Alcuni amici staff, anche se non tutti. Ottimo luogo - passeggiata a spiagge, negozi, bar, ristoranti e la marina. Bella spiaggia bar a Cala Egos e un bel viaggio in bar a bar stellare da qui. Il club di spiaggia Egos era anche fantastico per una celebrazione speciale! Tutti i cibi inclusi erano di base ma ben cucinati e presentati. Tutti i drink inclusi non brillanti - i cocktail erano solo succo di zucchero pre-fabbricato! Devi anche pagare 1 euro per tazza, quindi se dimentica di riutilizzare, finirai per spendere un sacco di cambiamento libero. Non rimasi per il divertimento nelle notti, perché c'era molto di più da fare vicino. L'acquafit era divertente! Sarebbe più 3* di 4.

We had a room on the second floor ( garden view ) as Jet2 wanted a considerable amount more for a sea view room . Garden view overlooks the road , it is generally a very nice quiet road BUT as a light sleeper , I was disturbed 3 nights on the run by local ( I assume ) teenagers being dropped off , with their own car disco going on , one night at 3 am , the next at 5am , this was completely out of the Hotels control but we did ask to move rooms , but were told this was not possible as the hotel was full . Fair enough . The hotel itself, the location is stunning , literally steps to the beach accessed through the hotel by a security coded gate . The hotel is very clean , it’s an older hotel but has lots of charm to it . The pool area is lovely and the bar and breakfast terrace areas over looking the beach can not be beaten . Breakfast was delicious , with lots of choice , lots of healthy choices …… apart from the cakes , which I did try not to have , but they were so delicious , I couldn’t help myself !!! Staff at breakfast work really hard , they are clearly extremely busy at all times but always polite . The night receptionist man was just lovely , always had a little chat , just a very nice man ! The centre of Cala Dor is minutes away , the marina 10 minutes on a slow walk , the location of this hotel is perfect . The beach next to the hotel is the prettiest , there is a beach bar with a lovely vibe in the evening underneath the hotel ( closed at 11pm ) . Rooms are ok , small but ok , in my opinion not 4 star . But this will be more important to you if you spend time in your room , we didn’t much , cleaned daily , beds made etc , no kettles in room ( charge if you want one which is a bit off ) . Would I stay again , absolutely

Prenotato prestando poca attenzione. L hotel si compone di due imponenti complessi da 5 piani l’uno. Uno per ciascuna “costa” della cala Egos. I due complessi sono collegati internamente esclusivamente da una gettata di cemento - non coperta - che attraversa la cala stessa. Ciò comporta, oltre a deturpare la cala stessa, un disagio in caso di pioggia. Infatti, il ristorante principale e la hall si trovano solo in uno dei due complessi. Per la sua struttura, questo hotel non è assolutamente adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità di qualsiasi genere. Ci sono davvero tante scale. E non ci sono alternative, quali ascensori o altro per spostarsi da un complesso all altro oppure per andare in piscina. Abbia notato odore di muffa nella stanza. E nonostante fosse stato segnalato, non si sono attivati per risolvere il problema. Abbiamo lasciato costantemente la finestra aperta per evitare L odore. La caletta, considerando le bellissime spiagge e calette dell’isola, non è così bella come sembra apparire dalle foto. Inoltre si noti che questi due palazzoni dell hotel fanno si che ci sia per la maggior parte della giornata ombra. Una nota sicuramente positiva è la ristorazione dell hotel. Molto buono il buffet serale, con anche serate a tema quale orentale, messicana ecc. L hotel e frequentato per lo più da tedeschi ed inglesi, che al mattino fanno le corse per accaparrarsi i posti migliori in piscina, occupando i lettini. L hotel non è vicino al centro di cala d or. A piedi ci voglio all incirca 30 minuti per raggiungerlo. Fuori dall hotel ci sono qualche ristorante e pub. Non c e mortorio, ma anzi anche musica dei locali.

Il personale di questo hotel è 5 stelle e è molto pulito e si trova in una posizione centrale fantastica con molti negozi e bar, ma l'hotel stesso è un po' meno di 4 stelle. In alcune aree, in particolare la sala da pranzo con quella depressa murale e la zona di pranzo esterna, è necessaria una riqualificazione. Il tipo di animazione lavora molto duro, ma il divertimento serale è generalmente molto povero e così alto c'è poca possibilità di conversazione e si può sentire le strade lontane dall'hotel. Il cibo è standard AI e non grande. In generale, anche se mi sono divertito in vacanza, non mi ritorcerei.

L'hotel di valore superiore, con colazione e cena, è tutto autoassistenza, molto delizioso!La stanza è molto pulita, la stanza è scelta verso il mare, si sveglia ogni giorno nella bellezza del sole sul mare, e il giorno è molto buono. L'hotel ha quattro piscine proprie, una delle quali è sul bordo della roccia costiera, e nuotare in mare e riposare in mare sono particolarmente convenienti.L'hotel ha anche un bar a notte, l'atmosfera è buona. E l'hotel ha più di 16 anni per vivere, quindi tutte le aree di svago sono molto tranquille e non c'è nessun bambino.In aggiunta alla fine di ottobre, la stagione turistica è quasi finita, quindi non ci sono molte persone, non sono affollate ovunque.

Just got home today from an amazing stay at this hotel. We were originally supposed to be going to Greece but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to change our holiday to travel sooner, and cut it short. And that’s where this gem came in! It was booked as a package with jet2 (on the Thursday lunchtime, due to fly out Friday morning..!), friends had been to Cala D’Or before so I knew it was a nice area but I didn’t have time to research hotels/amenities nearby etc before we came. We were greeted with a glass of cava each as soon as stepped into reception. Check in was simple and quick and we were shown to our room (a hipico bungalow) which was amazing. The grounds of the hotel are spotless, the staff can’t do enough for you either they’re all so welcoming! We ate breakfast in the hotel which was always a fantastic selection, and enjoyed a couple of cocktails and lunch one day from the pool bar, which were brought to your sun loungers. The pool area was lovely, we never ever had an issue getting a bed, there were always plenty available. The location is second to none, 5 mins to the marina, 5 mins to the nearest beach, 2 mins to the main area of restaurants and bars etc. I really wish our stay was longer than 3 nights but unfortunately we had to return to England then. I would 100% return to this hotel, I’ve been blown away by the experience here and will miss it very much!

Me and my friend visited Alua Suites for a 4 night stay, we booked half board too. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the appearance of the hotel and the reception area however it went slightly downhill. The reception staff didn’t provide much information, we paid €26 tax which we didn’t know much about, we also paid €2 for a plastic cup token. There is a drinks procedure for round the pool regarding plastic cups we were unsure what to do with our tokens or our cups as reception didn’t give much away. Next our room was across the road from the hotel which did have a seperate pool/ bar area that was lovely and quiet. Our room appeared great upon arrival however there had been very basic cleaning completed as surfaces and the bathroom especially looked very dirty. There was lots of bugs and an overpowering sewage smell throughout the entire room for the whole duration of our stay. The water from the showers and taps is also salt water which can be unpleasant after a long day in the sun. Cleaners come regularly, sometimes at awkward times, one morning we were awoken by the cleaner entering our room despite us not answering the door and having the do not disturb sign hung. She looked at us asleep and laughed/ran off when we responded to her saying hello. The pool area had stunning views and there were regular pool games you could join in with if you wished, as well as a pool bar which does take CARD ONLY for those not all inclusive. The restaurant area was not great at all the food was cold and had flies landing on it for each time we came back. There was very limited choice and none of it looked appealing to eat, in addition the crockery and cutlery was dirty covered in leftover food and a grease layer. We ended up avoiding the hotel and paid more than intended having meals in resturaunts around the resort. Overall the hotel is very lovely to look at and does appear stunning however it is extremely basic/ potentially overrated and can do with some upgrades to make it a better experience overall for paying customers.

L’hotel è in un ottima posizione, così da poter raggiungere le spiagge più belle (meglio se avrete una macchina a disposizione) Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dalla gentilezza del personale, soprattutto la professionalità e gentilezza di Renata e tutto lo staff del ristorante e bar. Per ogni dubbio la reception è sempre aperta e pronta ad aiutarti. Molto gentili e professionali anche le ragazze delle pulizie. L’hotel è molto curato, la nostra camera con terrazzino affacciato nel giardino era deliziosa!! Amplio parcheggio situato davanti all’hotel. Con mezza pensione, si può cenare fuori con musica e vista sulla piscina. Dopo cena, musica dal vivo tutte le sere. Tutto perfetto, ho passato una vacanza meravigliosa!!! Grazie a tutti!!! ❤️
