Hotel Ilusion Moreyo - Adults Only

We were very pleased with everything about hotel wonderful food staff very friendly ultra clean everywhere throughout no music played at pool heaven adult only ,very special to be able to eat right next to sea breakfast and dinner heavenly.We definitely will be returning later this year .Jet2 wonderful service from start to finish .

We've travelled to Cala Bona on a number of occasions and enjoy the resort. Previously we stayed at the Lavante Hotel no more than 50 yards away but because this hotel has become more expensive, we decided to give the Illusion Moreyo a try. Our first issue (nothing to do with the hotel) was the queue at the airport for the allocation of transfer buses to the resort. Never have we encountered this type of system and to be honest, it was pretty shambolic, people coming through from the previous queues for passport control, baggage and various other waits then waiting to be allocated a bus. The hotel is located in a great spot just outside the harbour and is overlooking the sea on the other side. We were met by friendly staff and allocated our room quickly and efficiently. The room was pleasant and clean although the space could perhaps have been utilised in a better way, a dressing area was a good size but storage could have been incorporated into this space as storage space was quite limited. We had a nice balcony with a side sea view (extra) overlooking a modest sized pool. The dining room caused a number of comments as a substantial amount of dining area was outside, fine if the weather is sunny, but not big enough if the weather was cooler or inclement (which when we were there in May was an issue on several days). There was a nice selection of food both at breakfast and evening meal (we stayed on a half board basis) and we were never presented with a selection where we could not find ample food whatever the theme may have been. The restaurant staff were polite and efficient and were always busy. a couple of issues that were quite trivial but caused complaints from a number of guests was the lack of enough salt & pepper pots! this resulted in guests wondering around the dining area trying to find a condiment set, something that could have been remedied for very little cost and effort but seemed to remain a problem throughout our ten day stay. The outside dining area was very pleasant and on a warm day was a delight to sit in overlooking the sea. Another plus was a mezzanine sun deck which we used daily with sun beds and shades, very pleasant. Overall we had a nice stay here and I would recommend at least trying the hotel as it was a substantial saving on it's loftier neighbours and in a great location.

Been many places...lots 5 star...this hotel is the best!! Clean comfortable quiet and friendly. Food was amazing with plenty of choice, we sat by the sea to eat with dappled shade and waves gently lapping. Can only find two tiny criticisms...it would have been a nice touch to have a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and some sachets of milk. I'll be back!

Fabulous stay as always. Carolina and team at reception so cheerful and helpful, as always. Hotel so clean everywhere, Miriam our cleaner was always happy and our room was so clean everyday. All the bar and restaurants team were chatty and helpful, excellent service. Location on edge of sea is the best in the resort, dining by the sea. Sun beds always available, relaxing and peaceful. Thanks for our lovely stay, will be returning soon.

This is an adults only hotel where the average age of residents is over 50. On arrival the hotel staff at the front dest was efficient and courteous. There was no help with luggage but I did not need it. I was offered a pool view at an extra cost. On entering my room, I observed the British pub over the road. This place was frequented by a good group and stopped playing loud music at 23.00hrs. Admittingly, I was part of the audience on numerous occasions. The hotel room was small with a balcony, but suitable. A good shower,tv, and lighting. It was perfect. Breakfast was at 8.00hrs and had an assortment of hot and cold food. Again, staff were cheerful even though the occupants kept stealing the tea bags, and the coffee machine kept running out. The pool was cold. Lots of chairs in the sun with umbrellas. Evening meals provided a selection of hot meals. Some local. A cheerful chef made the experience great. Hotel prices were also reasonable. Several running machines and a jacuzzi is available. I will return to this place.

What a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff. Had a perfect stay, our room was so spacious including a massive bathroom, yes we overlooked the street but that was fine by me. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was vast, everyone catered for. Step out of the back of the hotel and you have the most amazing terrace by the sea...Beautiful. Thank you for such a lovely stay you are amazing.
