Great people at reception, make it such a pleasure to be there. Beds were comfortable, bedsheets were clean, towels were clean. Bathrooms were filthy, dirty and always wet. Not acceptable at this level, must improve. Entrance was strange but acceptable, there was lift that works. Bfast was below average. Again, staff did a great job else we almost checked out as soon as we checked in. Location is good, there is a great coffee shop right in front and many other small shops.

Very attentive staff and super helpful with every request. We had to check out very early the next day, and even so, they had the great detail to leave our breakfasts prepared earlier than usual. Situated in a central location. Very recommended.

This was my 3rd time staying at Cecilia Hostel. I love it because I get a good vibe of old Cairo there. Great location and it’s comfortable for the price. Very safe and friendly staff.

Hotel location is close to cafe, metro and 15 mins away from bus station. The receptionist are very kind and helpful ,Sara & Lilian, make the stay more enjoyable.

It had good access to the city center, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed.

The staff were ever so friendly. But the place was disgusting, I've never seen anything like it. I wouldn't even class this as a hotel or hostel. It looked more like something out of a horror movie! I can't believe this place exists!

Great location, lots of bars next to the hotel, a free drink on the first night and a 15% discount on purchases at the hotel's restaurant.

Beautiful rooftop cafe, good downtown location, friendly staff and nice breakfast esp Turkish coffee! Didn't get level 6 hostel room but other floor thus amenities and facilities like wifi and bathroom is less ideal. Nonetheless, it's a great hostel for Solo female traveler! :))

Budget hotel in small old building.. First when arrive we were a bit scared.. But turns out just comfortable.. The service was good..but no tv..

Best Place to Start a discovery of Cairo. Perfect Location, super nice Terrace with Great view. Top floor in a old traditional townHouse. The atmosphere is stunning. Look the old original flooring! Nice friendly welcoming People, just a nice Place. Glad a found this Hotel. Wonderfull small breakfast in the sun with a view. We come back! Thanks to all staff for the great happy Time we had. Thank you Kero. See you!
