The hotel is old but the size of the room is big. However, the room service is not detail. They either forget to refill your water on one day and another day will forget to change your towel. They will forget one thing on everyday.

Big suit room. City center. Best choice for business trip.

Hotel with nice staffs, rooms is big enough for three persons, will come back next time.

Very spacious unit. Warm service beyond expectations. Two individuals were literally amazing. Mr. Ayman the bell captain and Amira in the lobby. They ironed many cerious problems and difficulties we were experiencing. Our k thanks and God bless them

This is not a real Hilton Hotel, when you first enter the lobby you will see. I did not have a good check-in experience. Since the hotel manager resolved my issue, I will not share what happened. However, I will say this hotel is not at the Hilton Hotel brand standard, i.e. old furniture, dirty walls, curtains, and dirty bathroom rooms. This hotel needs renovations and an upgrade. I would not stay there again, or recommend it to anyone until they improve their service and facilities.

部屋の広さは良かったです。 水回りは、他の人も書いているように、 水圧が低いです。 バスタブはありますが、 水栓はありません。 シティービューの場合、 裏が建設工事中ですので、 とてもうるさいです。

Residence/Hotel eccellente in uno dei grattacieli più alti del Cairo. Posizione strategica vicino all’Hotel Conrad, alla bella passeggiata lungo il Nilo e all’isola di Gezira. Taxi facili da trovare affacciandosi alla strada che costeggia il fiume. Museo Egizio a meno di un chilometro. Camere favolose, gigantesche per dimensioni e numero di camere e bagni, con vista su tutta la città anche grazie a terrazza panoramica con tavolini e sedie. Personale gentile e con ottimo inglese. Siamo stati benissimo in famiglia, con un costo pienamente rispondente alla qualità di quello che abbiamo trovato.

Purtroppo le condizioni igieniche sanitarie dell’appartamento erano pietose, tovaglie macchiate, tende e bagli macchiati di sporcizia, Wi-Fi inesistente. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale .

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti complessiva in una suite con 3 camere, 3 bagli, salotto, studio e servizi. La sistemazione è ben localizzata, lungo il Nilo nel centro del Cairo, molto vicina al Museo Archeologico. L'albergo si propone come un 5 stelle, e il personale è garbato ma poco professionale. Le suite sono estremamente spaziose, direi quasi troppo, ma al tempo stesso poco accoglienti e degradate, soprattutto nei bagni. La prima colazione francamente deludente. Durante il nostro soggiorno nelle vicinanze si svolgevano lavori edilizi molto rumorosi anche di notte.

L hotel è davvero molto vecchio, sporco e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata. Le camere (appartamenti) hanno una buona metratura ma sono sporchi da far schifo, usurati, vecchi e puzzano terribilmente di fumo. Le lenzuola sono lise, bagni ingialliti e rovinati dal calcare, dalla doccia non usciva acqua tanto era il calcare. La cucina era disgustosa. Ho prenotato una suite al 34esimo piano ed era impossibile dormire a causa dei rumori del traffico, la piscina al 5 piano impossibile da utilizzare a causa dello smog, impossibile respirare e rilassarsi a causa del rumore. Personale del ristorante lento e svogliato, per fare colazione ci si mette un ora tutte le mattine a causa della lentezza dello staff e tralaltro decisamente caro per gli standard del Cairo. Nel complesso assolutamente da evitare e sono stupito di come Hilton possa ancora tenere una struttura del genere. Nel complesso uno schifo totale

I would like to thank Ms yasmine osman and Mr mahmoud abdelaziz for their excellent service and beautiful smile they were soooo gentle . I would also like to thank the lobby crew and the brave gate keepers they help us to get a tok tok and make sure that we were safe . THANK YOU WTC HOTEL our experience was just FANTASTIC
