Molti scarafaggi. Nessuna struttura. Non è possibile richiedere acqua da bere. Bagno super sporco. Nessun canale TV. Bisogna usare Netflix personale (è la prima volta che lo sento). La colazione è super scadente.

Innanzitutto, la stanza è enorme! La posizione è fantastica. Ci sono un sacco di bei bar nelle vicinanze. Le pulizie vengono ogni giorno per pulire e riempire le bottiglie d'acqua. La cosa negativa è il vecchio divano e le sedie sporchi, pieni di macchie. Fortunatamente, le lenzuola sono bianche e pulite. La doccia non ha acqua calda. Tiepida al massimo, a seconda dell'ora in cui fai il bagno. Il WiFi non richiede password... non è sicuro.

La stanza è bella ma bisogna forzarla a pulire. Ho trovato l'insetto che girava intorno alla TV.

Un soggiorno comodo per cibo e trasporto di BTS. Tuttavia il wifi non funziona, apprezzato il fatto che l'IT abbia cercato di risolvere il problema senza alcun aiuto.

We have been travelling to Bangkok and booking into various hotels at least 5 times a year for the last 10 years. This is THE gem. These apartments are massive and fully equipped. For sure this will be our hotel of choice for the next couple of years. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT. For the rate they charge $45 - it's a GREAT bargain. Fantastically situated and a fine buffet breakfast. We WILL be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it is an amazing hotel. Situated in the heart of Bangkok, the hotel boasts an unbeatable location. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed with modern amenities. Overall, my stay at the Kingston Suites Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Bangkok.

Here it is a very nice hotel very safe, all the staff are friendly. The price is lovely and worth it. I will be back again on 28 September

The location was good and easy to access to BTS and MRT.Service from staff was good too

Great location, very big and spacious rooms, got upgraded to a different room without quite my approval, and it felt more like a downgrade to me, new room had basically no window view.

Ms Yoko and Mr A are the reason I stay at this property, there hospitality is the best in Bangkok, very nice hotel for the price that you pay. Unfortunately no pool but you can use their sister property next door for a fee.

Loved the stay, good location and friendly staff, room was amazing! Better than expected:) definitely stay here for if you're coming to Bangkok. Thank you again

Fantastic our room very clean and comfortable I can't say about some negative feedback on other rooms but ours was very good The staff was also very good and helpful be aware there is no pool or shared pool at this hotel
