Hotel in zona Fortezza di Babilonia, Il Cairo

Se avete il privilegio di rimanere nelle quattro stagioni, fatelo! Non ho fatto check-in perche' ero in lusso tutto il giorno e li ho mandato via la loro app per vedere se il servizio in camera ci fosse prima di entrare. Mi hanno già consegnato il pasto, come ho detto, non c'è problema sapere che il tempo è giusto per essere in ritardo e suppongo che il servizio finisca in un certo punto della serata. Ho solo pranzo oggi, non sono stato a letto negli ultimi 48 ore, hanno messo in camera nuova e hanno consegnato il mio cibo con me per entrare! Sono sorprendenti che abbiano messo anche il mio tempo di spa per domani sera. Sono anche in grado di offrire massaggi nella tua stanza, i loro servizi agli ospiti sono di prima qualità. È prezioso, ma si prendono cura di te! Sono stato anche a Maui, assolutamente non deluso!

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

I like this hotel because of the location. It has a small pool but unfortunately pigeons love the pool as much as a customers and I don't like pigeons. They need to do something to limit the number of pigeons that like to drink the pool water. There is a machine that you can buy that pigeons hate the sound of and the people can't hear. The rooms are a bit small but they gave me a room where I could see the Nile the Ritz-Carlton and the Egyptian museum so ask for room at the end of the building. Staff is top-notch and goes out of their way to help you. Don't book tourist from the concierge it's a rip off. I've stayed at this hotel three times because of the location and the professionalism of the staff.

È un hotel recentemente costruito e pagato al soggiorno. La vista è la migliore, e l'hotel stesso è completamente pulito. E' completamente nuovo. E' proprio vicino all'ufficio di biglietto della piramide giornalista. Sembra che molti coreani non lo sappiano, ma si può prendere foto di tre piramidi e sphinx allo stesso tempo. La colazione non è un buffet, ma semplicemente mangiarlo sulla terrazza. La stanza è tesa, ma la vista della stanza è chiusa. Ma a questo prezzo, questa raffinità e questa visione sono del tutto ragionevoli.

Innanzitutto ho scelto questo posto per la sua posizione, molto vicino a uno degli ingressi alle Piramidi di Giza e proprio di fronte al Marriott. All'interno del Marriott c'è un ufficio di cambio. La stanza non è grande e abbastanza soddisfacente. Non c'è spazzolino da denti, dentifricio o pettine. Questo è probabilmente il caso in molti normali hotel in Egitto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza è relativamente scarsa e si sentono rumori occasionali. Al momento dell'ordine risultava che c'era la colazione in camera, ma in realtà non c'era e bisognava pagare un extra. La colazione costa più di duecento sterline, forse per la vista piramidale? La camera era molto economica quando l'abbiamo prenotata, quindi non importava.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Jaz Pyramids resort per due notti dopo il nostro tour nel deserto ed è stato molto piacevole, subito si è notata la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale, la nostra camera era molto confortevole anche se leggermente piccola, il bagno pulito ma risentiva del tempo ( andrebbe rimodernato). La colazione ricca e abbondante e la zona piscina perfetta. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per una prossima vacanza al Cairo
