Hotel a 3 stelle a Il Cairo

Dopo aver incontrato qualche problema il primo giorno di arrivo in Egitto, abbiamo trovato questo Gem nascosto a Zamelek. Ci siamo accolti con felice faccia dal personale, soprattutto il portamano che era super amichevole e utile. Le camere sono state pulite e corrispondenti alle foto fornite dall'hotel.

With a couple of friends, we stayed at the President Hotel in October for a total of 3 nights, the hotel in itself was a major success, despite being quite low key online. The neighborhood it's located in is very secure and calm, Zamalek overall is a nice part of the city, with many places to visit, and cute hidden gems. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained; and the room-service was excellent. If there was one thing to be brought up as a downside, it would definitely be the Pyramids tour we had the misfortune of going through with the agency they work with. However, after having reported the horrendous experience we went through to the reception, our complaint was taken seriously immediately and the hotel managed a partial 45% refund of the money paid and apologized continuously for the inconvenience; kudos to Ahmad at the reception.

The location of the hotel was good – it’s in the embassy area and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a family room at the top floor – 12F. There were two elevators and they only went up to the 11 floor which means it required walking up or down the staircase. There was a nice gym on our floor. The room was spacious with four beds, one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and River Nile. The internet was relatively fast with some minor disruption. During the summer month, there was scheduled electricity outage from 8-9pm. For this hotel, their electricity outage time was during 6-7pm, and there was backup power to provide electricity without air-conditioning in the room. While the area was in darkness from 8-9pm, we can enjoy the air conditioning staying in our own room. The service here was an issue. We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff forgot the housekeeping of our room. In the evening of the first night of our stay, I went to the reception to ask to have a hairdryer, and I was told it will be delivered immediately. 15 minutes passed and I called the reception, he said the hairdryer was on its way. Another 15 minutes passed, and we decided to give up and called the reception telling him that we were going to bed. Next day before we left the hotel, I asked the staff at reception to send a hairdryer to our room. When we came back, we found that there’s no housekeeping done and no hairdryer. The infrastructure of the hotel was better than its sister hotel next door, but the staff and service of the President Hotel next door was much nicer and better. The mattress of the double bed was old and we had to sleep on the side of the bed dropping in the middle part which was uncomfortable.

Pro: un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Bus navetta gratuito da e per aeroporto ogni 30 minuti, 24 ore su 24! Se non sei sicuro del ritiro all'arrivo all'aeroporto del Cairo, chiamali comunicando all'autista il gate e il terminal di arrivo. Sono solo 10-15 minuti di distanza. Come tutti i Novotel, è pulito, confortevole e accogliente. L'hotel è spazioso, verde aperto. Un ringraziamento speciale a Muhamed per il suo atteggiamento molto professionale durante il check-in. Nessun contro 😝😝

Le foto dell'hotel non sembrano belle, ma in realtà sembra molto più confortevole rispetto alle foto. Anche se l'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, si sente ancora la qualità dell'hotel. L'ambiente è buono Il letto grande ha quattro cuscini ed è molto comodo per dormire. Perché quando soggiorni in un hotel, la prima cosa che noti è quanti cuscini hanno. Adatto per portare i bambini a giocare, la stanza è grande

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dal personale dell'hotel. Mokhtar è stato un piacere trattare con. Molto caldo e accogliente. Mohammed del banco di prenotazione del tour è stato anche molto disponibile nell'organizzare un meraviglioso viaggio alle piramidi per noi ed è stato un ottimo conversatore. Vorremmo elogiare in modo speciale Marwa Samy nelle relazioni con gli ospiti. È andata ben oltre per assicurarsi che tutte le nostre esigenze fossero soddisfatte, organizzando prenotazioni e indicazioni per un meraviglioso giro in barca e uno spettacolo di danza tradizionale per noi. Ha anche fatto di tutto la mattina successiva per fare il check-in con noi sulla nostra esperienza e se avessimo bisogno di qualcos'altro durante il nostro soggiorno. Mi piacerebbe prenotare un altro soggiorno in questo hotel alla mia prossima visita al Cairo. Saluti, Gregory Sadler

L'hotel è relativamente vecchio, ma la pulizia è ancora relativamente pulita, quindi è molto comodo viverci, e anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, e sono stato trasferito gratuitamente in una camera con vista sul fiume Nilo.

Stando a Novotel è stata una grande esperienza, l'hotel è stato bello amato la mia stanza!! Solo poche cose mi sono disturbato come ho chiesto un tavolo di ferro e ferro che hanno continuato a prendere dalla mia stanza, quando l'ho bisogno per tutta la mia permanenza 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙃!! In secondo luogo, il jacuzzi non era caldo, quindi posso godermi l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno. Infine non c'era una microonde nella stanza, ma un mini frigo?!Normalmente gli hotel vengono con entrambi. Il servizio clienti è stato fantastico.
