Il mio primo hotel perfetto è stato il Cairo, e non mi sono nemmeno reso conto al momento di quanto bene lo avessi. Confrontato con altre proprietà, anche altre proprietà del gruppo Marriott, questa è sopra e oltre il cibo e il servizio. La posizione è bella, mi hanno dato un check-in precoce e un check-out tardivo. Come Titanium Elite, mi hanno aggiornato in una bella stanza, anche se ho usato una suite per la notte, ma era epico. La piscina è molto bella, la piscina è molto bella, è molto bella, è molto unico. Le strutture spa possono anche utilizzare la sauna, il jacuzzi (molte opzioni) in generale un grande hotel, e sicuramente rimarrebbe al Cairo. Condividerò con tutte le mie famiglie e amiche

Hotel enorme, di lusso dove abbiamo pernottato due notti . Letti e cuscini ottimi , la camera era anche abbastanza grande, ma purtroppo la moquette macchiata e le tende molto polverose mi hanno disturbato. Il ristorante in cui abbiamo cenato non è stato un granché, la colazione abbondantissima, ma il personale un po’ disorganizzato, anche perché c’è troppa gente che gravita nella stessa sala.

Bellissima esperienza!!! L’hotel offre tutti i confort che ti aspetti da un 5 stars. Pulizia al top. Breakfast probabilmente il migliore che abbia mai provato. Lo staff è gentilissimo è sempre pronto ad aiutarti e consigliarti. La reception e il consierge sono stati molto professionali. Nella Spa abbiamo goduto di una fantastica accoglienza e di massaggio superlativo. Il servizio limousine con il bravissimo Obama ci è stato utilissimo! Grande hotel consigliatissimo!!!

Questo è un hotel molto vecchio stile.La posizione è superiore, la camera è pulita, la signora alla reception, Shimar, è cordiale e premurosa, ed è molto amichevole con i cinesi.Anche il processo di check-in è molto semplice , perché voliamo la mattina e siamo lì Il cestino della colazione è organizzato. L'hotel non è così pericoloso come altri hanno commentato. Si sente molto sicuro con un controllo di sicurezza all'ingresso. What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

Stando a Novotel è stata una grande esperienza, l'hotel è stato bello amato la mia stanza!! Solo poche cose mi sono disturbato come ho chiesto un tavolo di ferro e ferro che hanno continuato a prendere dalla mia stanza, quando l'ho bisogno per tutta la mia permanenza 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🙃!! Impressione generale - un luogo normale di soggiorno per poche notti. Situazione perfetta vicino al Museo Egiziano e alla stazione della metropolitana Sadat. Ma questo causa un ambiente molto rumoroso: le auto da caccia si muovono sotto le finestre tutto il giorno. Personale utile. Un bel caffè La Poire accessibile senza lasciare l'edificio. Buona colazione, molte opzioni cambiano ogni giorno. Il caffè potrebbe essere stato meglio. La stanza era pulita (lo spostavo due letti insieme e non trovavo polvere sotto), ma è piuttosto stanca. La serratura della finestra non funzionava, il frigo era alto. Anche il nero in doccia era turbato, non c'era ne' pannello di ferro nella stanza, ma il servizio di ferro disponibile a un prezzo ragionevole di circa 50 EGP per pezzo.

Abbiamo davvero amato il luogo. Un'animato strada con pienamente ristoranti di qualità, caffè a chicha,... vicino a tutti e nel centro del Cairo. È necessario sapere che la piscina di m hotel è anche quella di un club di nuoto quindi occupato dal mattino al sera. È un dettaglio da prendere in considerazione se si pensa di trovare tranquillità. Ci sono cose che chiamano grande hammam, che è piuttosto un bacino tra piscina e pattuglia, che ha fatto il caso da parte nostra per raffreddare dopo un giorno di visita sotto il calore. Non abbiamo avuto il tempo di piangere o bordo della piscina con la quantità di cose da fare al Cairo. Il piccolo dej è giusto e buono. Trovo il rapporto qualità prezzo bene. Eravamo citati in una stanza accanto alla strada che sembrava essere un problema a causa del rumore e i Klaxon incessante c è un'abitudine locale ma alla fine non abbiamo dormito molto bene. Siamo in letti tardi tra mezzanotte e le 2. Quindi c era più tranquillo.

L hotel è davvero molto vecchio, sporco e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata. Le camere (appartamenti) hanno una buona metratura ma sono sporchi da far schifo, usurati, vecchi e puzzano terribilmente di fumo. Le lenzuola sono lise, bagni ingialliti e rovinati dal calcare, dalla doccia non usciva acqua tanto era il calcare. La cucina era disgustosa. Ho prenotato una suite al 34esimo piano ed era impossibile dormire a causa dei rumori del traffico, la piscina al 5 piano impossibile da utilizzare a causa dello smog, impossibile respirare e rilassarsi a causa del rumore. Personale del ristorante lento e svogliato, per fare colazione ci si mette un ora tutte le mattine a causa della lentezza dello staff e tralaltro decisamente caro per gli standard del Cairo. Nel complesso assolutamente da evitare e sono stupito di come Hilton possa ancora tenere una struttura del genere. Nel complesso uno schifo totale

From the warm greeting upon arrival, our stay at President was fantastic. Located in the quiet area of Zamalek, the hotel offers a respite from the busy Cairo streets, while being a walking distance to excellent restaurants. You don't even have to go far for options, the hotel has charming restaurants and a cellar bar, with Japanese and continental restaurants next door. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, with strong pressure in the shower. The room is very modern and has all the modern conveniences. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether delivering laundry or arranging our airport transfers. The hotel is only a 5 min walk to reach the Nile promenade. You can meander along to any of the restaurants overlooking the water. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was good – it’s in the embassy area and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a family room at the top floor – 12F. There were two elevators and they only went up to the 11 floor which means it required walking up or down the staircase. There was a nice gym on our floor. The room was spacious with four beds, one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and River Nile. The internet was relatively fast with some minor disruption. During the summer month, there was scheduled electricity outage from 8-9pm. For this hotel, their electricity outage time was during 6-7pm, and there was backup power to provide electricity without air-conditioning in the room. While the area was in darkness from 8-9pm, we can enjoy the air conditioning staying in our own room. The service here was an issue. We stayed there for 2 nights and the staff forgot the housekeeping of our room. In the evening of the first night of our stay, I went to the reception to ask to have a hairdryer, and I was told it will be delivered immediately. 15 minutes passed and I called the reception, he said the hairdryer was on its way. Another 15 minutes passed, and we decided to give up and called the reception telling him that we were going to bed. Next day before we left the hotel, I asked the staff at reception to send a hairdryer to our room. When we came back, we found that there’s no housekeeping done and no hairdryer. The infrastructure of the hotel was better than its sister hotel next door, but the staff and service of the President Hotel next door was much nicer and better. The mattress of the double bed was old and we had to sleep on the side of the bed dropping in the middle part which was uncomfortable.

As my recent holiday plans brought me to Cairo with all the ancient attractions and vibrant culture, I found myself a bit lost in the choice of Hotels the City has to offer. Finally I decided for the Om Khaltoum Hotel in Zamalek and was a great deal! To me, Cairo is not Cairo without this Hotel, spreading the feeling of a Diva full of vibrant life and many stories and, as soon as you enter the beautiful lobby, you get the feeling of Om Klathoum discreetly sitting on a Sofa, sipping mint tea and waiting her Chauffeur. The location couldn’t be better, centrally placed, right in the upscale district of Zamalek, close to various museums and some of the best restaurants and only a short drive away from the Pyramids of Giza. Besides the strategic position, the Hotel also gives a fantastic view on the Nile and some of the mosques in the near neighborhood. The Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer all the amenities you might need and, the bathrooms are really lovely. I booked a Suite and I highly recommend it, if you are travelling with family and/or friends or, if you just like to have lots of space, as the Suites are equipped with multiple beds and separated bedrooms. The price / value offer is fantastic and your clothes get all the space they deserve. 😊 All the Personnel was extremely kind and professional and deserve a special thanks. Everyone was always of immediate assistance and ready to help with transportation or all the request I had with a smile. Well appreciated! You will find delicious food at the two outside Restaurants, one with Egyptian delights and one with European Menu. The Night Terrace is a lively and popular hotspot in Zamalek among locals with higher standards to enjoy a tasty Cocktail and a good conversation. So for hotel guest a real opportunity to meet great egyptians and expats. The perfect place to make new acquaintances. As special remark, I would like to thank the entire Hotel Team ranging from the very competent General Manager Mr Imad to the office Manager Mrs Reem and of course all the staff like receptionists, cleaning team etc whom are doing a fantastic work! Everyone contributed greatly to this beautiful Hotel experience! All in all it was an outstanding stay and definitely the right choice for my stay in Cairo. PS: sorry that I didn't remember all the family names as everyone always spoke by first name, which made you feel even more welcomed.. PSS: Fighting the COVID pandemic, the hotel has implemented high efforts on sanitizing, packaging individually sanitary items and organizing scheduled time for shared area such as fitness and so.. So all measures are up-to date.
