La camera era deludente, eccezionalmente piccola, con parcheggio a distanza dalla camera. Sebbene ci fosse stata assegnata una camera al piano terra per problemi di mobilità, il lungo tragitto tra il parcheggio e la camera ha vanificato la posizione al piano terra. Sebbene la camera fosse progettata per ospitare fino a tre persone (una matrimoniale e una singola), conteneva solo una sedia. Il microonde e la brocca condividevano la stessa presa di corrente, quindi non potevano essere utilizzati contemporaneamente, e anche il bagno era eccezionalmente piccolo. Va bene per una notte, ma non vorrei soggiornarci per un periodo più lungo. Non prenoterò più quella sistemazione.

Sebbene fosse stata inviata e ricevuta una richiesta di check-in posticipato, se non mi avesse aiutato un viaggiatore del posto, probabilmente non avrei potuto effettuare il check-in. Sono arrivato alla location alle 00:05 e tutti gli impiegati erano andati via. C'era solo un numero di telefono da chiamare e non avevo una rete mobile per effettuare chiamate. Perché non hai inviato una nota via email in anticipo?

Ottimo hotel per il prezzo. Ottima posizione, vicino a tutto e all'aeroporto. Molto pulito, con caffè, tè e latte in abbondanza. L'unica lamentela che ho è che non usciva acqua dalla doccia.

Was nervous due to past reviews, but found the reception staff friendly and helpful & the facilities really good. The room was basic but location was walkable and, whilst a little noisy at night sometimes, the other guests were kind and considerate. Would stay again!

First impressions were bad due to the unfriendly, unhelpful reception staff, who really didnt show any interest in making me feel welcome at the start of a 20 day stay! Then the room, "Comfort Suite", which can sleep up to 3 people, was tiny and everything had a very worn, feel to it, but the worst part was just how dirty and grimy all the walls were. Overall the vibe of the room was that it should have had a makeover about 10 years ago. Then housekeeping would stop by during the day and provide clean towels etc, but not once in 20days did I get some fresh bedding/sheets. The only positive about this place was the nice pool area, which also looked to include a bar/Cafe but that turned out to be obsolete, so wasn't in use any more. There is a kitchen for guests to use, but doesnt include and cutlery, plates, bowls etc, so you can cook stuff but then have nothing to eat it with. Its a shame because this place could be so much nicer.

Easy check in, pleasant room, walking distance to restaurants, great for an in transit stay

It is an old building, so you may hear the others. The location is good, you can walk to the main road and city center. Just stayed one night, it was closeby the airport.

We enjoyed our stay it was in a great location , clean with clean towels everyday.

Did not make up room during my stay of 3 nights. Communal shower with nowhere to put soap etc. Only on floor. Room had a strange smell.

Had a wonderful stay at Bohemia Resort Cairns! The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect—close to key attractions but still peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Esplanade Cairns.
