**Booked Deluxe Sea Room for ₹6200** **Pros:** 1. Very close to the beach—walkable distance. 2. Excellent sea view from the balcony. 3. Clean and spacious room for two. **Cons:** 1. No breakfast included. The in-room dining menu is quite limited, offering only English breakfast options. However, there are numerous breakfast options available on Beach Road. Overall good experience at this location for the price :-)

Room was too dirty and dark. Near streets are too dirty and smelling something odds. And workers aren't friendly and haven't any care. Pls repair your rooms and add lights.

Hotel was well located and room was large. However it did show it’s age with done furniture marked.

This place is good the staff are nice

Location is perfect near the shores. Easy to find food to eat around there. The room is big and worth with price. The staff is friendly and helpful but only not serve breakfast in hotel.

I had to change room three times because I Nose is smell very sensitive the room smell like vinegar all over moldy smell....I had to ask for different room but still smell bad...would not tell anyone my friend to go there unless there no choices

Very nice location of the hotel close to the beach and walking spots around Pattaya. Rooftop pool is amazing. Room was comfortable and cosy to sleep in.
