Questo è il peggior hotel in cui sia mai stato. L'uomo alla reception è scortese e indifferente. Si tratta di un edificio a 3 piani e non dispone di ascensore. È successo che mi sono rotto un osso del piede durante il viaggio e ci sono riuscito con grande difficoltà. A loro non importava e mi hanno messo al 3 ° piano. Inoltre non forniscono latte in camera e abbiamo dovuto comprare il latte per il caffè. Penso che l'uomo sia ***** o odi i clienti. NON stare lì!

Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto. La camera aveva buoni servizi e molto spazio. Tuttavia puzzava quando siamo arrivati, anche se ci siamo abituati. Il personale è stato cordiale.

very weird stay since some mass. with help from owner of hotel, we managed the staying in ok.

Air conditioner didn’t not work properly, barley cool enough to sleep! The room seemed tidy but smelled musty. The ceiling above the fans had so much dust bunnies hanging down we were afraid to put the fans on. We couldn’t wait to leave!

Loved it! Great location and tidy rooms. I stayed for 4 nights and was worth it.

This is the biggest dump I've stayed at in years , shower base was slimey with mould on walls , shower screen had mould and scum up the side , floors not clean and walkways and stairs to carpark in desperate need of a good wash , lucky to be worth a 2 star rating

I am still waiting on a refund for an overcharge of a one night stay in August 2024. They charged my credit card twice. This is now three weeks since they acknowledged their error, but nothing has been refunded. Contacted them several times but limited response.

nice place big rooms and comfortable close to city and airport i stay with my foamily it was very nice pool is nice all cooking facilely in room out side BBQ and plenty car park spice staff is friendly and help full cairns is best place have holiday lot of activates you will enjoy your holiday to

We book two rooms I had called a few days prior asking if a two bed room was available he said no and that another room would have to be booked then on arrival we got booked into a room that had two beds in it the manager was pretty rude and stagnant it took about 30 minutes to actually check in as about 2 minutes into him asking what room we were in he turn around mid checking us in and started talking to the cleaners who had come in about there next shift without excusing himself. He handed us the paper work and ask which one we were which was a total breach of privacy to the other people staying there then had to ask again cause he couldn’t remember which one he had crossed out. We didn’t get shown where our rooms were he just rudely pointed and said room there and there, parking wasn’t explain nothing was explained. One room you couldn’t open the door properly and there was ***** in the shower and hair in the sink the walls were dirty, in the other room there was hair throughout the bathroom and grit on the bed side tables and mould on the ceiling. It states that you have to wash up dishes and that everything was supplied or you would receive a $200 cleaning bill. There was no cleaning equipment and when I went to tell the manager he asked if I would take it back up as I was checking out( I am heavily pregnant) there was only a think blanket to use and no spares in the room. Very disappointed and will definitely not be going back or recommend this place at all to anyone. The curtains also wouldn’t close properly so the sun came right in first thing in the morning. One room the aircon didn’t work properly.

Disgusting, room was filthy, mouldy. Shower was putrid. Were overcharged for the room by about $70. Were quoted one price but charged another and he said it was because only family rooms available but we were not told this. Rude and aggressive

Arrived at 11.30pm, room was absolutely filthy. If we had somewhere else to go we would have. Dust filled bathroom vent, grime around the bath / shower, walls filthy, soap dispensers not full and dirty hand marks everywhere. Spoke to the manager and showed her the photos I'd taken. She blamed the "new cleaner" (common story apparently). Then husband of manager came out and confronted me in the carpark saying I should have just come to see him and that they had only been there 3 weeks!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

When we arrive the room smelt like urine and we had to air the room out I even went and brought some glen 20 to try and get rid of the smell as the room was non refundable We where not given the wifi password on arrival and had to go ask for it The cups,plates and utensils where not clean and I had to wash them with a sponge the size of a matchbox and there was no tea towel for drying We used the laundry to wash a load it was $7 and to dry a load it was also $7 and the clothes still didn’t smell clean and where not dry I would not recommend staying here room was horrible
