Great views from our room on 3rd floor beach from balcony and mountain range from bedroom. Nice staff easy to talk too. The pool area was nice to relax in.

I booked an apar**ent for three weeks while I was visiting family in Cairns and used it as a base when out exploring FNQ. It was perfect. Spacious, clean and, the linen was changed when I was out of town. The decor and furniture could do with some updating and given a more tropical flavour with white cotton linen on the very comfortable bed. Anthony is the star of this show and works incredibly hard to maintain and retain the style of this establishment although I think he has more to offer given the chance! The location is perfect, just far enough along the Esplanade to be quiet but close enough to walk into the City and explore. Thank you.

A great choice for a four night stay over. Getting a bit tired and in need of some maintenance but overall a good place to stay.

Best stay i ever had in Cairns in my 21 times since 1999. Next year , ll be back there. Its in Cairns North, direct on the Esplanade, to the end. Very nice boardwalk to CBD ( 2km). Nearcby 2 little shopping Center on Sheridon.

Ideal base just out of main CBD, flat picturesque walk to heart of Cairns and it's shops and markets. Very easy access to main highways heading north or south. Close to airport. Onsite management available and very personable. We arrived out of hours, clear instructions given to access unit. Kept informed of any maintainance (upgraded balcony lights). Clean pool, barbecue area, well maintained gardens and site.Everything you need for your stay and good welcome pack to get you started.

No-frills '80s style apar**ent, with minimal sign of updates since. Our "ocean view" apar**ent had a rather limited peep of the sea and the only natural light in the completely internal second bedroom, was from shutters between it and the kitchen. Adequate for a short stay, but it wouldn't be our first choice for a return trip.

We stayed here recently and really enjoyed our time. The apar**ent had everything we needed and the balcony was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. The pool is heated to 29 degrees so we were able to swim even though it was a bit cooler weather. We would recommend this place and stay here again

We came for a few days away with the family and found the apar**ent very spacious and very clean. Was located north of the main shops and restaurants, was about a 25 minute walk to the main part of Cairns

We first stayed here six years ago and rated it quite highly. However, since that time the establishment has not been maintained well. At least three of the rooms were out of action for mould remediation works, and our room was also suffering from the effects of high humidity along the skirting boards, etc. The light switch in the bathroom was in a dangerous state and the towel rail was reattached to the door without worrying about repainting. Even the two sofas had lost all support in the cushions and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Although the location is still great, this places has not aged gracefully and we won't be returning for a third visit.
