Cairns: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

I had deluxe sea view double room.Very nice view.The best location,the shore broadwalk is just next to the hotel(can see at my balcony).I’ve read reviews saying it’s old,but actually it’s maintained in acceptable manner.Don’t expect luxurious 5stars design,it’s more like resort style hotel.The pool is big,with a small heated pool.Gym is small but sufficient,always empty.The rooms are clean, tidied up daily.Be careful the bathtub only has half glass covered up, no flooding would happen if being careful. Very nice room though. Helpful and nice front desk staff. Very good for value.

優點：地理位置好。對面就是孩子喜歡的無花果遊樂園（fig tree playground）.去免費公共遊泳池（cairns esplanade lagoon ）也很近。1樓有**。早餐6:30-12:00點，是點菜的（西餐咖啡），選擇包含早餐是明智的選擇。酒店是2001裝修的，裏面還有風扇，百葉窗的窗簾，有特色。 缺點：因為房間之間都是百葉窗隔離的，所以房間之間不隔音。遮光效果不好。床軟，枕頭不舒服。服務水平可以再提高，因為延後了退房日期，需要多次check in，不能一次性在前台搞定。不同服務員打掃房間不一樣，有時候不給放免費水，有時候不給換浴巾，好在衹要打電話要的話，都給拿。費用是周邊酒店裡最貴的。

Molto grande lobby da iniziare con. Bello hotel in una posizione molto conveniente. Abbiamo una buona vista vista sul mare, che è grande. Solo un breve passo ai mercati notturni. Woolworths è ancora più vicino. La fame della selvaggina è proprio all'opuscolo della strada. Quindi tutto è così utile.

Just okay :/ The staff was great and very friendly. However, the hotel quality did not match up with the standard we have seen at other Shangri - La Hotels. The paint on our door was badly peeling and the padded benches in our room were stained. Two of the outlets in our room did not have power. We ordered room service the first night and the rice that was sent was hard a a rock and stuck together. The location was great and the potential is there but this hotel is in need of some upkeep and a standards check. For any other hotel this would not be as big of a concern, but for the price and expectation of a Shangri- La Hotel, we were expecting a bit more.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, le strutture sono complete, oltre alla piscina ci sono spa e diversi ristoranti e bar.La posizione è buona, è sul mare, e un po'di distanza per il porto, ma il mercato notturno e il centro della città sono molto vicini. La piscina prenotata, l'hotel ci ha dato una stanza in cima che può vedere la piscina e il mare allo stesso tempo, e ha anche dato regali di luna di miele in più. L'atteggiamento di servizio è davvero buono.Anche se il colazione è simile ogni giorno, è delizioso e vale la pena.

Crystalbrook Bailey was my stopover hotel so I wasn't expecting anything flash etc however when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and modern this hotel is. Such a change to a lot of the older Cairns hotels. I felt like I was in a hotel in Melbourne! Check in was a breeze and staff were lovely, I was in my room in no time at all. There is alot of stunning modern artworks all throughout the building, very cool to find as you make your way to your floor. The room was beautiful and sufficient for a one nights stay, I could have easily stayed for longer! The location is great, in the city and close to the esplanade. I would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo prenotato questo appartamento per un soggiorno di una settimana: marito, moglie, due figli adolescenti e nostra figlia di quattro anni. Abbiamo avuto fortuna di ottenere la camera 506, che è sandwich tra due residenti permanenti, così è stato bello e tranquillo durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Sì, abbiamo in parte incontrato l'hotel vicino alla porta, ma abbiamo anche vista esplande e montagna che è stato spettacolare la mattina e la notte. L'appartamento era pulito, l'AC era efficace e la pressione dell'acqua era così forte che era quasi violenta. Lo dico in modo positivo, ma come viaggiatore frequente mi sono malato di pressione dell'acqua scarsa, ma questo era brillante. Alcuni hanno detto che i bug si presentano alla notte- siete nei tropici, quindi non sono sicuro di cosa stiano aspettando davvero. Fate pace e muovetevi. Il personale di pulizia era amichevole e felice di cambiare le nostre tovaglie ogni giorno (siamo stati occupati e i bambini sono sempre sporchi, caricati con cloro, sali o altrimenti hanno bisogno di una tovagliola!) e avevamo più di abbastanza PT o detergente per lavare i bagni quando ne avevamo bisogno. Il nostro aereo era a 8.30pm in una domenica e il personale del desk front very kindly let us a fob to enter the premises so we could store our luggage safely during the day after checkout and come in to use the ground floor showers, bathrooms and charge Grazie per averci ospitato Vision.

We had a wonderful stay in December. Many thanks to managers Tania & Craig for their welcoming, warm and kind hospitality. The apar**ent was spacious and well equipped with large rooms, two bathrooms, full personal laundry for all your needs and kitchen with everything you could require. Beautiful large balcony with full dining area. Pools were perfect for our two boys and towels were also supplied. Location was marvelous, close to the airport and parade of bars and cafes. 20 minute leisurely stroll along the prom to the marina where you can directly book your reef tours. Slightly further for the main supermarket or main shopping mall but reception would help with any taxi bookings required. I would highly recommend and we very much hope to return some day.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30pm and we were able to check in straight away, the girl on reception was very friendly and explained where our room was as there are 2 towers . We were on the 10th floor with a city view. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved how they are helping with environmentally keys for your door which are just round bamboo disks and also having no plastic bottles in the fridges, just glass bottles. All tv programs were free so we’re able to watch new release movies and free wifi . We had booked a holiday package , so we also had free car parking and a $250 credit to use at any of their hotels . Would definitely stay here again .
