Booked for a double bed room good for 2 adults but ended up in a single bed good for 1 person. The attendant said she can't do anything about it since they dnt have any other rooms. She advised me to cancel and request for a refund instead but the online app doesn't have a cancel option anymore. I felt scammed. Twas a very very bad experience.

The price was reasonable and now I know why. The hotel was dirty and had a roach problem. The wifi was weak. Finding the hotel was challenging. The room was very substandard and in disrepair.
