Hotel a Cagayan De Oro, Filippine

Booked the hotel for a fellow colleague due to good rating in Agoda. When checked on other sites like Trip, Google review, etc, it seems that the ratings on Agoda is “too positive”. The room assigned smelled very musky with walls and ceilings covered with mound. The air con was leaking so by the next morning, they will be a pond below the air con. The wall beneath the air con feels like it can fall apart anytime. Cleanliness is passable but might be unacceptable to others. Moulds in the shower area is terrible. Overall, able to sleep for the night but nothing more. Likely won’t stay here again.

As expected, Hotel Seda of Cdo completed my stay in Cagayan de oro city perfectly. The hotel front-desk staff professionally treated all clients despite a long queue. The room was so clean and the bed with pillows were soft. I loved the comfort room and the shower is great.

Grandi strutture e buon servizio. Il personale era molto accogliente per ogni domanda e richiesta. Una bella vista dal loro bar al tetto. Lo consiglierà certamente come un confortevole luogo per riposare e rilassarsi.

Ci piace che la stanza sia spaziosa, ma ci disturbava quando l'aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente e era così rumorosa con gravi vibrazioni come se ci fossero parti libere all'interno. Abbiamo chiamato il dipartimento frontale sotto il nome di Joshua per chiedere se l'operatore potesse controllarlo, ma un'ora dopo, nessun operatore è venuto a controllare l'AC. Siamo resistiti al ariacondizionata rumoroso e abbiamo cercato di capire che forse erano occupati. Abbiamo ordinato un po'di riso per il nostro pasto, ma ancora una volta, 30 minuti sono passati fino a quando non abbiamo finito il pasto.

Limketkai Luxe Hotel ha una buona posizione tra SM e Limketkai / Robinson Mall. Le camere sono ordinate, non troppo grandi, con una bella vista. La TV e anche il wifi funzionavano molto bene (quindi questa volta ho potuto caricare il mio giornale senza problemi). Le strutture sono limitate a causa della rigida interpretazione dei protocolli CV19. La piscina è pronta per l'uso, ma non è consentito utilizzarla. Stessa cosa con la palestra. ma soprattutto mi manca l'ottima qualità della colazione a buffet, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo sarà ok, dopo che le restrizioni non saranno più valide. La guardia controlla ogni volta esattamente tutti i miei bagagli (perché non è permesso portare cibo/bevande in camera senza pagare extra); questo è un po' divertente (diverso da Seda, dove puoi portare quello che vuoi).

Quando si soggiorna, è la colazione di autobus, e il risultato è che la piscina è una persona per persona. Il ristorante fornisce cibo locale, il prezzo è ragionevole, la stanza è pulita, i mobili sono vecchi, il corridoio ha un fornitore gratuito di acqua potabile, voglio portare i tazze da solo, scegliere un hotel con piscina, Questa è una buona scelta.

È stata una guida 40-minute dall'aeroporto. L'hotel era molto pulito e il colazione grande - menzione speciale al caffè. Il personale è cortese e molto accogliente. Hanno un wi-fi gratuito che un buon modo per rimanere collegati, soprattutto questo è stato un viaggio d'affari.

The Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.
