The staff were friendly and so helpful. The cost of the stay was cheap. I was there to visit family, the hotel was locaction was prefect. The staff help to call taxl when I needed one. The food in the restaurant was so nice and had great choices. It tasted great

Had a great experience staying at the hotel. Was greeted with a smile at the front door. Would highly recommend. The staff were great. The beds was very comfortable and the rooms was neat and tidy. Will definitely use again. 5 stars from me definitely.

Very welcoming hotel with excellent customer service and a very comfortable night's stay. The staff are very friendly , competent and willing to go above and beyond to help attaining customers needs. Would always recommend staying at this establishment.

I absolutely loved my stay here with all the staff who were so helpful! They couldn't do enough! Cara, reece, lance,bevan, Rian, Alex, and of course charmaine who went above and beyond infact they all did when I lost my mobile phone! Thank you.

The room was absolutely spotless!! Fantastic service from the front staff always there when I needed something. Always a pleasure staying here always recommend family and friends to book this hotel! Had the best nights sleep in a long time!

Each time I’m at Caerphilly Crossways it is always a pleasant experience. An easy check in process, receptionists very helpful and friendly. Room as always is clean and tidy, nothing is ever too much of an ask to the team. They are always ready to help.

Reception team very friendly and helpful, helping me set out some itinerary plans for the week. Room standards were great, after having stayed in many premier inn’s this one of the better stays. Always enjoy having a restaurant next door to use.

Fantastic service and room was clean. Upon check in the receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was well cleaned and presented. It was a fantastic stay overall and I look forward to returning in the future. Restaurant was also good.

Everytime I stay at Caerphilly Crossways it’s always a pleasant experience. The service from the reception team is fab, always informative and helpful. The room standards were top notch with all the necessities in place too. I look forward to coming back!
