Good Old Dotties It’s been here now for many yrs. but still has the wanting to go and stay- appeal. However with other places now springing up it’s appeal has started to wain. The rooms are good- pool too- but the breakfast is still not spot on. And this time although the hotel food was good it had no desserts. Next time I go to butuan I might try another place- ( Hotel Oasis). Same owner I’m led to believe. You get bit more expensive but a let’s go and see. But don’t knock dotties too much.

We stopped over one night. Had extra bed ordered and paid for. Was a matress only. No issue for one night , might be if staying longer. Room clean and tidy and facing the pool which was decent size. Didnt use hotel for dinner as our daughter wanted a McDonalds , a short 10 mins walk away. Other restaurants and malls nearby, so ideally located. Convenient for the airport and our flight back to Manila. Breakfast was pleasant, although limited in choice, served outside overlooking he pool. Would definately recommend and we will stay again on next visit to Philippines

our host reserved two of the most expensive rooms (sort of vip rooms) which is a thousand more expensive than the regular rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms are even worst than their cheaper counterparts. Aside from being roomy, everything is super bad. Toilet looks unmaintained. Shower's has no hot water and barely dripping. Amenities are bare minimum, just a bath towel, shampoo in a sachet and soap. That's it. Room has no phone, no hanger, cabinets looks worn and unmaintained, tv is not working, and aircon is noisy, and EVERYTHING IS STUFFY. Food is not good also. Food from the turo-turo are way much better than the ones served in the hotel restaurant. I do not recommend it at all. Its a waste of money and worst, a stress contributor. Our hosts are so kind and nice and super accommodating but this hotel is a bummer.
