The house is really ideally located. A few steps from the lake and a magnificent view from the terrace. Functional, pleasant and spotlessly clean! It is important!

Well furnished with spacious dining area and large sitting area with comfortable seats. Upstairs two very nice bedrooms and decent bathroom with every comfort. Beautiful sun-oriented terrace with a beautiful view of the lake, nature and the church of Butg
