Great value hotel in a fab location. It’s in the bay area, so easy and free parking. Short walk to the shops/cafe's and the bay etc. It was clean and was as you would expect from a Travelodge. The wonderful woman on reception/bar duty (Kim) was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent. And all for half the price of surrounding hotels - whats not to like! Lovely clean comfortable room. Big bed with white bedding. Coffee machine/hot water and coffee/pods and tea bags. Breakfast was excellent for £9.99, something for everyone - cereals, bacon, eggs etc., make your own toast, croissants, bagels and yoghurt. Staff in restaurant bar were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a very good location in Cardiff Bay with easy access to restaurants and bars and the city centre. Parking is also free. Will definitely return here in the future.

Great value hotel in a fab location Its on a retail park in the bay area, so easy, free parking. Short walk to the shops/cafe's etc. It was clean and was as you would expect from a Travelodge. The woman on reception/bar duty was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was decent. And all for half the price of surrounding hotels - whats not to like!

Hotel in a good location with free parking, staff were pleasant. However there is major building work going out right next to this hotel and drilling and banging starts every morning and lasts all day. Huge crane literally right by our window,

This Travelodge is 5mins walk to Cardiff Bay and The Millenium Theatre. The reception staff were informative and helpful… with a friendly but professional attitude. We had a great nights sleep in the accessible room -due to my friends disability! It was very clean and comfortable but too strong a smell of bleach for me… Then breakfast… we hadn’t booked previously and it was 9.30am. However, we were made very welcome, the unlimited food was plentiful, tasty and fresh, cooked to perfection, all provided by Kim & Zussana! Thankyou everyone for a memorable time! You made our day and our stay we will definitely recommend you!

11 Women’s Royal Army Corps veterans from Wirral and Chester branches stayed for 3 nights whilst attending a grand reunion in Cardiff. What a great little find. The hotel is handy for the city and Cardiff bay. The staff were all fabulous. Special shout out to Kim who managed to sort us all out ( no easy feat). We all had breakfast each day. The food and staff were great. A big thank you from the Wirral girls of the WRAC

Just back after our 3rd visit staying here. Room 407 on top floor was a great room . Clean tidy and able to leave window open to get fresh air as it can be a tad warm even after turning down the heater in room. Warm welcome from reception . Free Parking on site for visit is a big bonus to. Easy access to Cardiff Bay and into Cardiff City Centre. Both places have great food and Sri k choices.

We chose the hotel because of the location,a ten minute walk from the Millennium Theatre in Cardiff Bay,and we were not disappointed. Checked in by a very polite young lady at reception,the whole area was very clean. The room and bathroom were also very clean. Returned to the hotel after watching a show and had a good night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Not disturbed by any noise internal or external. At breakfast the following morning,an excellent choice of food,my wife was helped by a hotel employee who dished up for her. All in all,an excellent experience.

The bed was lovely and comfy, the staff were helpful and really friendly. The price is great for what you get and for the location. Really can't complain for the amount we paid for the room we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the whole team!
